A method and an apparatus for transmitting broadcast signals thereof are disclosed. The apparatus for transmitting broadcast signals, the apparatus comprises an encoder for encoding service data corresponding to each of a plurality of data transmission path, wherein each of the data transmission path carries at least one service component for broadcast services, an encoder for encoding signaling data, wherein the signaling data includes static data and dynamic data, a frame builder for building signal frames, wherein each of signal frames includes the encoded service data and the encoded signaling data, wherein each of signal frames belongs to one of the broadcast services, wherein the static data remain constant in the signal frames belonging to the broadcast service in a duration of a super frame and the dynamic data changes by the signal frames, a modulator for modulating the signal frames by an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) scheme and a transmitter for transmitting the broadcast signals carrying the modulated signal frames.

The method for transmitting broadcast signals includes encoding data of PLPs (Physical Layer Pips); building at least one signal frame by mapping the encoded data of the PLPs; and modulating data in the built signal frame by OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) method and transmitting the broadcast signals having the modulated data.

The method for transmitting broadcast signals includes processing input streams into BB frames in PLPs; encoding data of the PLPs; building at least one signal frame by mapping the encoded data of the PLPs; and modulating data in the built signal frame by OFDM method and transmitting the broadcast signals having the modulated data, wherein at least one of the BB frames includes a stuffing field and a first indicator describing whether the stuffing field is included in the BB frame.

A first device receives information related to an absolute location of a positioning reference from the positioning reference; obtains a first PRS reception timing based on a positioning reference signal (PRS) received from the positioning reference; obtains a second PRS reception timing at which a second device receives the PRS from the positioning reference based on a phase difference value between first RSs received on first subcarriers from the second device; obtains a third PRS reception timing at which a third device receives the PRS from the positioning reference, based phase difference value between second RSs received on second subcarriers from the third device; estimates a relative location of the positioning reference based on the first PRS reception timing, the second PRS reception timing, and the third PRS reception timing; and obtains location information of the first device based on the absolute location and the relative location.

An embodiment relates to a method for performing operations related to a vulnerable road user (VRU) by a road side unit (RSU) in a wireless communication system, the operations comprising: receiving, by the RSU, personal safety messages (PSMs) of a VRU; determining, by the RSU, location information of the VRU on the basis of first location information of the VRU obtained through image information and second location information of the VRU obtained through the PSMs; and transmitting, by the RSU, the location information of the VRU to the VRU.

The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for detecting a vulnerable road user or a terminal of the vulnerable road user that deviates from a cluster. A base station detects the deviation of a second terminal from the cluster on the basis of a safety message received from a first terminal, and transmits a warning message to at least one of a peripheral terminal and a traffic control center. The first terminal and the second terminal are included in the same cluster, the safety message includes at least one of cluster information associated with the mobility of the cluster and user information associated with the mobility of the first terminal, and the warning message includes deviation information association with the second terminal.

Disclose here is a method of transmitting, by a terminal of a vulnerable road user (VRU), a signal in a wireless communication system. The method include transmitting, through a first channel, a message related to a state of the VRU, receiving, from a network, a message related to a safety service of the VRU, and transmitting a message related to a state of the VRU through a second channel different from the first channel, based on determining, by using the message related to the safety service of the VRU, that the terminal is within a predetermined geographic area, wherein the determining is performed based on comparing information associated with a geographic area of the message related to the safety service of the VRU and a position of the terminal.

A method for transmitting, by a user equipment, a message for a vulnerable road user (VRU) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method may comprise: receiving a first message including an expected time to pass (TTP) of a vehicle regarding a predetermined location on an expected route of the VRU; on the basis of i) the first message and ii) the TTP of the VRU regarding the predetermined location, generating a virtual VRU at the predetermined location; and transmitting a second message including the virtual VRU.

Presented is a method in which adjacent vehicles sense, while driving, the state of a vehicle having an abnormality, so as to report same to an infrastructure/network, and, further, the infrastructure/network directly senses the abnormality so that the vehicle with the abnormality can be controlled.
