摘要: A control apparatus for a rotating electric machine is provided. The rotating electric machine includes a moving portion that applies torque to a drive shaft of an internal combustion engine. The control apparatus acquires a rotational frequency signal that is a signal that changes depending on a rotational frequency of the moving portion per unit time. The control apparatus calculates a damping torque that is applied from the moving portion to the drive shaft to suppress vibration during operation of the internal combustion engine. The control apparatus calculates the damping torque based on the rotational frequency signal acquired by the signal acquiring unit in response to the rotating electric machine performing cranking of the internal combustion engine.

摘要: A number of illustrative variations may include a system including brake-to-steer algorithms may achieve lateral control of a vehicle without longitudinal compensation but may also force a vehicle to slow down too rapidly before appropriate lateral movement can be achieved and may deliver an unnatural driving experience for vehicle occupants. A more natural feeling deceleration may be achieved by optimally selecting appropriate transmission shifts to allow for optimal engine speed or electric motor speed and torque based on current vehicle speed thereby reducing undesirably longitudinal disturbance.

摘要: An apparatus includes an energy storage circuit, an input circuit, and a hybrid management circuit. The energy storage circuit is structured to receive information regarding a state of charge (SOC) and a state of health (SOH) of an energy storage device structured to store energy. The input circuit is structured to receive an indication of a torque demand. The hybrid management circuit is structured to: determine a SOH adjustment factor based on the SOH of the energy storage device; determine a first torque output for a genset based on the SOH adjustment factor and the SOC of the energy storage device, the genset including an engine and a first motor-generator; and operate the genset to provide the first torque output and to generate an amount of energy for a second motor-generator to meet the torque demand according to the SOH adjustment factor.

Further, when an acceleration request occurs during EV traveling mode, the control device controls, when determining that a predetermined acceleration smaller than a requested acceleration and corresponding to a vehicle speed cannot be generated by torque output by the second rotating electric machine, the torque output by the second rotating electric machine so as to generate an acceleration less than the predetermined acceleration while controlling the torque by the engine and torque by the first rotating electric machine, and when determining that the predetermined acceleration cannot be generated by the torque output by the second rotating electric machine, controls the torque output by the second rotating electric machine so as to generate the acceleration equal to or greater than the predetermined acceleration.

摘要: A through the road (TTR) hybridization strategy is proposed to facilitate introduction of hybrid electric vehicle technology in a significant portion of current and expected trucking fleets. In some cases, the technologies can be retrofitted onto an existing vehicle (e.g., a trailer, a tractor-trailer configuration, etc.). In some cases, the technologies can be built into new vehicles. In some cases, one vehicle may be built or retrofitted to operate in tandem with another and provide the hybridization benefits contemplated herein. By supplementing motive forces delivered through a primary drivetrain and fuel-fed engine with supplemental torque delivered at one or more electrically-powered drive axles, improvements in overall fuel efficiency and performance may be delivered, typically without significant redesign of existing components and systems that have been proven in the trucking industry.

摘要: A vehicle control device includes a controller configured to control operation of a driving motor that is to output a driving force for a vehicle. The controller is switchable between a normal mode of controlling acceleration/deceleration based on a driver's acceleration/deceleration operation, and a cruise control mode of maintaining the vehicle speed at a target speed without the acceleration/deceleration operation. The controller is configured to, during the cruise control mode, calculate a torque command value for the motor by using integral control based on an integrated value of a deviation between the vehicle speed and the target speed, and execute an integrated-value adjustment process if the controller determines that the vehicle entered a flat road or an uphill road from a downhill road or a downhill road from a flat road or an uphill road. The process adjusts the integrated value to reduce an absolute value of the integrated value.
