摘要: A method for extraction, in which an extraction agent is used for dissolving at least one extraction material out of a substance. The extraction agent includes fatty acid ethyl ester and/or fatty acid methyl ester. In one embodiment the extraction agent is an omega-3 and/or omega-6 fatty acid, preferably EPA, DHA, DPA, ETA, 21:5n3 and/or SDA. In one embodiment the extraction agent includes at least 500 mg/g, preferably at least 700 mg/g of the fatty acid ethyl ester and/or of the fatty acid methyl ester. Expediently, the mixture of substances is a plant material, preferably hemp, and the extraction material is a cannabinoid, preferably CBD and/or THC.

摘要: Provided is a multi-functional plugging agent for a coal mine and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: by taking Ecklonia Kurome Okam as a raw material, mixing an Ecklonia Kurome Okam suspension with phosphorus pentoxide for reaction, then performing biodegradation to obtain an Ecklonia Kurome Okam biological extract, adding urea for neutralization, mixing a neutralization product with an inorganic catalyst and melamine for reaction to obtain a bio-based plugging synergist solution, finally cooling the bio-based plugging synergist solution, and mixing the cooled bio-based plugging synergist solution with a certain amount of pentaerythritol and ammonium polyphosphate to obtain the multi-functional plugging agent for the coal mine based on the Ecklonia Kurome Okam biological extract. According to the invention, not only a coal crack can be effectively plugged for a long time, but also an efficient flame-retardant effect can be achieved in a complete period of coal spontaneous combustion.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a 1-carboxy-2-hydroxy-3-iminopropane and an extraction method thereof, and belongs to the technical fields of food, health food and medicine. A method for extracting the 1-carboxy-2-hydroxy-3-iminopropane of the present disclosure includes the following steps: (1) adding a diaphragma juglandis fructus powder into an ethanol solution for extraction and filtration to obtain a supernatant, and conducting concentration on the supernatant under reduced pressure to obtain a walnut alcohol extract; (2) adding a filter residue of step (1) into water for extraction and filtration to obtain a supernatant, and conducting concentration on the supernatant under reduced pressure to obtain a walnut water extract; and (3) mixing the walnut alcohol extract and the water extract to obtain a diaphragma juglandis fructus mixed extract, sequentially conducting elution through an AB-8 type macroporous resin column, an MCI column and an ODS column, and conducting separation to obtain a precipitate, namely the 1-carboxy-2-hydroxy-3-iminopropane. In the present disclosure, the 1-carboxy-2-hydroxy-3-iminopropane in diaphragma juglandis fructus is found for the first time and has great sedation and hypnosis activity.

摘要: A method of generating an oligosaccharide encapsulated cannabidiol (CBD) formulation includes forming a cannabidiol ethanol mixture comprising ethanol and cannabidiol, forming an oligosaccharide CBD slurry by mixing the oligosaccharide with the cannabidiol ethanol mixture. The slurry is heated and mixed in a pressurized chamber to form a colloidal mixture, which is distributed into a tray as a layer. A cover is added to the tray to form an evaporation vessel, which is heated in a heating chamber. A rapid cooling process is performed on the colloidal mixture layer by removing the cover and spraying pulverized dry ice on the layer. The rapid cooling process is repeated until crystal formation is detected within the layer, the crystals including oligosaccharide encapsulated cannabidiol. An oligosaccharide encapsulated cannabidiol formulation includes cannabidiol and at least one oligosaccharide in a ratio in the range between about 1000:1 to 2200:1 (w/w) of CBD.

The filter stages are thermally insulated from ambient temperatures in order to maintain the liquid passing through at a reduced temperature. Each filter stage has a removable lid, which provides convenient access for replacing the filter cartridge, allowing it to be changed without disturbing the thermally insulated sidewalls of the filter stage.
