Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device comprising a first component, a second component, and a signal path interface coupled between the first component and the second component, the signal path interface including a printed circuit board (PCB) having a rigid PCB portion and a flexible PCB portion, wherein a first signal line and a second signal line extend through the rigid PCB portion and the flexible PCB portion for transmitting signals from the first component to the second components, and a plurality of ground lines extend through the rigid PCB portion and the flexible PCB portion, and wherein each of the plurality of ground lines extending through the rigid PCB portion is connected to one or more conductive layers through conductive vias.

Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a memory structure including a first integrated circuit chip and a plurality of second integrated circuit chips stacked on each other, the first integrated circuit chip is interposed between a pair of the plurality of second integrated circuit chips, an interface unit disposed on the first integrated circuit chip, the memory structure is connected to a third circuit through the interface unit, and the interface unit transfers operation signals to the first integrated circuit chip and the plurality of second integrated circuit chips, at least one inter-chip interconnector connected with the interface unit and the first integrated circuit chip and the plurality of second integrated circuit chips, and an external interconnector connected with the interface unit and the third circuit.

Abstract: A portable terminal with a stylus pen includes a battery accepting recess formed on a face of the portable terminal, and a guide hole provided at a side of the battery accepting recess. The stylus pen is inserted through the guide hole such that the stylus pen is coupled within the portable terminal in a state where at least a part of the stylus pen is accommodated in the battery accepting recess. The portable terminal allows a stylus pen accommodating space to be used as a space for receiving a battery pack such that a battery pack with an expanded capacity can be coupled therein.
