A method and apparatus for processing voice data of a speech received from a speaker are provided. The method includes extracting a speaker feature vector from the voice data of the speech received from a speaker, generating a speaker feature map by positioning the extracted speaker feature vector at a specific position on a multi-dimensional vector space, forming a plurality of clusters indicating features of voices of a plurality of speakers by grouping at least one speaker feature vector positioned on the speaker feature map, and classifying the plurality of speakers according to the plurality of clusters.

A speech recognition method includes receiving a first multi-channel audio signal; obtaining at least one of a speech signal characteristic or a noise signal characteristic for at least one frequency band of frequency bands corresponding to channel audio signals included in the first multi-channel audio signal; generating a signal with an enhanced speech component by performing beamforming on the first multi-channel audio signal based on the speech signal characteristic, a speech signal characteristic obtained for a previous frame that was obtained before a certain time that the first multi-channel audio signal was obtained, and the noise signal characteristic; determining whether the enhanced speech component includes a wake word; and based on determining that the enhanced speech component includes the wake word: activating a speech recognition operation based on the signal with the enhanced speech component.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of providing relevant information and an electronic device adapted to the method. The method includes: displaying first information; extracting one or more retrieval words in a form of keyword or a form of phrase from the first information; obtaining second information as relevant information related to the first information by using the one or more extracted retrieval words; emphasizing objects corresponding to the one or more retrieval words on the first information; and displaying, when detecting the selection of at least one from the emphasized objects, the second information including the selected objects.

The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rates than 4G communication systems such as LTE systems. A method performed by a receiving apparatus in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving reference signals from a transmitting apparatus, estimating respective channel component values of the reference signals, determining whether at least one reference channel component value which is equal to or greater than a first threshold is present among the channel component values of the reference signals, selecting a candidate beam based on the at least one reference channel component value in case that the at least one reference channel component value is present, determining whether a value of signal quality of the first candidate beam is equal to or greater than a second threshold, and selecting the candidate beam as a final beam in case that the value of signal quality of the candidate beam is equal to or greater than the second threshold.

A triboelectric generator includes a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from each other, a first charging part on the first electrode, a second charging part on the second electrode, and a grounding unit. The first charging part and the second charging part may be configured to contact each other through a sliding motion. The grounding unit may be configured to intermittently connect a charge reservoir to the second charging part. The grounding unit may be configured to vary the electric potential of the second charging part so as to amplify current flowing between electrodes of the triboelectric generator.

A delay locked loop includes a delay line, a delay circuit, a phase detector, a delay code generator, and a delay controller. The delay line may delay an input clock signal in units of unit delay in response to a delay control code to generate an output clock signal. The delay circuit may delay the output clock signal to generate a delay clock signal. The phase detector may compare the input clock signal and the delay clock signal to generate a phase detection signal. The delay code generator may compare the input clock signal and the delay clock signal to detect a phase difference therebetween, and generate a delay code using the phase difference. The delay controller may generate the delay control code using the delay code and the phase detection signal.

Provided are pixel circuits using organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and a driving method thereof, and an organic light emitting display including the pixel circuits. The OLED is driven to emit light by a drive transistor generating a drive current compensated with respect to a threshold voltage difference and mobility deviation. The drive transistor may receive reference voltage and data signals in response to separate scan signals supplied to the pixel circuits via different scan lines. As a result, a threshold voltage compensation time, which may include the time during which a reference voltage is supplied to the drive transistor in response to a particular scan signal, may be set long enough regardless of a time during which the data signal is supplied to the pixel circuits located in respective rows of the organic light emitting display in response to a separate scan signal.
