Abstract: The present invention provides a semiconductor package and a manufacturing method thereof, the semiconductor package including: at least one semiconductor chip; a molding layer surrounding the semiconductor chip; a redistribution layer provided on a first surface of the molding layer to transmit an electrical signal; and at least one connecting element transmitting an electrical signal from the first surface of the molding layer to a second surface of the molding layer. According to the present invention, since the connecting element, which is an independent element capable of transmitting an electrical signal in a vertical direction of the semiconductor package, is included in the molding layer, it is possible to integrate an electric element such as an antenna into a rear surface space of the semiconductor package.

Abstract: A laser light source shutter system includes a light source, a variable focus optical element to transmit a beam emitted from the light source, a pinhole located on an optical path through which the beam travels from the variable focus optical element, and a controller to control a transmission and blocking of the beam by controlling a focal length of the variable focus optical element to be equal to a distance between the variable focus optical element and the pinhole or to be equal to other distances different from the distance. Therefore, a laser light source shutter free from vibration can be realized electronically with a low cost and a high light-blocking rate using a variable focus optical element such as a variable focus lens and a variable focus mirror.

Abstract: A demand response method, a demand response system, and a recording medium are provided. The response control method includes: determining priorities of devices to be controlled to participate in a demand response; generating respective participation profiles for the devices based on the determined priorities; and changing the priorities of the devices included in the participation profiles, based on whether participation in the demand response according to the generated participation profiles succeeds. Therefore, the user easily participates in the demand response, and thus energy can be saved.
