摘要: Disclosed herein is a method and system for sharing power or energy across various power supply and control modules. More specifically, disclosed herein are systems and methods for distributing energy. As explained herein, the method discloses receiving, at a microgrid, data from a plurality of data sources. The data is then analyzed to forecast power needs associated with the microgrid. Using the data, the microgrid may determine whether and when to share power with the requesting module.

摘要: A microgrid controller includes a database in communication with a processor. The processor is operable to receive at least one microgrid input, to determine a first plurality of optimal power characteristic levels at a corresponding one of a plurality of first time intervals for a first time period, and to determine a second plurality of optimal power characteristic levels of a device determined at a corresponding one of a plurality of second time intervals for a second time period. The first time intervals are found at a first frequency different than a second frequency of the second time intervals. One of the second plurality of optimal power characteristic level corresponds to one of the first plurality of optimal power characteristic levels at each first time interval. The processor is configured to control a device optimal power characteristic level in response to the second plurality of optimal power characteristic levels.

摘要: A computer-implemented method, system, and computer program product are provided for demand charge management. The method includes receiving an active power demand for a facility, a current load demand charge threshold (DCT) profile for the facility, and a plurality of previously observed load DCT profiles. The method also includes generating a forecast model from a data set of DCT values based on the current load DCT profile for the facility and the plurality of previously observed load DCT profiles. The method additionally includes forecasting a monthly DCT value for the facility using the forecast model. The method further includes preventing actual power used from a utility from exceeding the next month DCT value by discharging a battery storage system into a behind the meter power infrastructure for the facility.
