    摘要: A system includes multiple electrical nodes connected in series to a primary power source via transmission lines. Each node includes a power converter that can receive first power from the primary power source or another upstream node. The power converter can change a voltage level and/or a frequency of the first power. Each node also includes a high-speed synchronous rotating machine (HSRM), which includes an inertial storage flywheel, a rotating excitation assembly, stator windings, and a synchronous motor coupled to an induction generator. The HSRM can boost a voltage level between an input and output to compensate for a voltage drop of the first power. At least one of the nodes further includes an inductive power coupler to electrically couple the node to a mobile power source that provides second power to the node and receives a portion of the first power from the node using contactless inductive power transfer. The system includes a combination of AC and DC power transmission techniques and associated bidirectional power converters.

Controlling a voltage output of a turbine includes a rectifier for converting an AC output of a turbine to a DC voltage; a sensor for measuring the DC voltage; a charge controller for receiving the DC voltage from the rectifier and produce a DC output, including: a first circuit meeting a first performance criterion for a first DC range, a second circuit meeting a second performance criterion for a second DC operating range, a switch channeling the DC voltage between the first and second circuits; and a processor for receiving the DC voltage measurement from the sensor, and use the switch to channel the DC voltage between the first and second circuits, thereby meeting the first and second performance criteria when the DC voltage is in the first and second DC ranges, respectively.

In the photovoltaic rapid shutdown system, the inverting system determines whether the photovoltaic rapid shutdown system is to enter a safe mode, introduces fluctuations onto a direct-current bus in the photovoltaic rapid shutdown system in response to the photovoltaic rapid shutdown system being not to enter the safe mode, and otherwise does not introduce the fluctuations onto the direct-current bus. A shutdown device for a photovoltaic module determines according to an output parameter thereof whether an electrical parameter on the direct-current bus connected to the shutdown device meets a preset condition, controls itself to be turned on or maintains itself being on in response to the electrical parameter meeting the preset condition, and otherwise controls itself to be turned off or maintains itself being off.

The power converter is further configured to supply reactive power to the power grid independently from the supply of active power. The method comprising the steps of: obtaining measurements of a forced oscillation occurring within the power grid; controlling the converter to supply active and reactive corrective oscillating power to the power grid in response to the measured forced oscillation such that the corrective oscillating power suppresses the forced oscillations.
