摘要: A device for evaluating aspects of health of a residential property configured to: (i) receive a first element of internal home health data captured by one or more smart devices installed within a residential property, the first element of internal home health data reflecting an aspect of operational quality of one or more assets of the residential property; (ii) determine a safety score based upon the first element of internal home health data; (iii) receive a second element of internal home health data captured by the one or more smart devices; (iv) determine a home health score based upon the first or second elements of internal home health data, the home health score representing a measure of health of the residential property; and (v) cause to be displayed, to a homeowner via a graphical user interface, a home health evaluation that includes the safety score and the home health score.

摘要: A disaggregation and identification method arranged to disaggregate and identify aggregated electrical load data. The method comprises obtaining operation data from an automated control management system; extracting a timing sequence from the operation data for each load in the automated system; storing each timing sequence in a datastore; streaming aggregated power data from a load center associated with the system, wherein the power data comprises measured electrical signals; and recording time stamps for each new event measured from the streamed aggregated power data, wherein an event is a change in power signal at a load. The method further comprises performing nearest neighbour comparison of the recorded power time series data to the timing sequence of the operation data; mapping each event timestamp to the nearest time sequence; classifying the load according to the mapped time data; and storing the classified load profile in a datastore.

摘要: A system for managing a plurality of distributed energy resources associated with a structure is disclosed. The structure is at the edge of an electric utility network and receives electric power from the network and may include, for example, a house or building. The structure has distributed energy resources such as solar panels or an electric vehicle charging devices. The system comprises a monitoring unit configured to be electrically coupled to a panel assembly of the structure and a plurality of communication interfaces coupled to the monitoring unit and configured to serve as an access point for the distributed energy resources. The monitoring unit is configured to partially monitor or control functionality of a given distributed energy resource of the plurality of distributed energy resources that is utilizing the access point. The monitoring unit is configured to pass communications between the given distributed energy resource and a vendor associated with the given distributed energy resource.

The shutdown device includes: at least one input port, configured to be coupled to a direct-current power supply; an output port, configured to be coupled to a power bus; at least one shutdown module, where one shutdown module corresponds to one input port, and includes at least one switching device, and the switching device controls an output power of the direct-current power supply; and a control module modulates a power control signal and a first communication signal to generate a first composite control signal, where the power control signal adjusts the output power of the direct-current power supply coupled to the input port; and the first composite control signal controls the switching device to work in a high-frequency switching state, to superimpose a current ripple signal comprising the first communication signal onto the power bus, thereby implementing data transmitting of the shutdown device.
