摘要: This application relates to a hard-shell inclusion strain gauge for 3D stress in surrounding rockmass of underground engineering. The hard-shell inclusion strain gauge comprises an elastic cylinder and at least three sets of strain rosettes, wherein the elastic cylinder is installed in a borehole of underground engineering, and at least three sets of strain rosettes are equidistant along the circumference on the inner wall of the elastic cylinder. It can accurately measure strain values and variables of each strain rosette through data collection and transmission module, and calculate 3D stress in surrounding rock of underground engineering. It can obtain dynamic long-term monitoring of 3D stress evolution in complex environments of underground engineering, truly reflecting the real-time state, the spatial distribution, and the evolution of 3D stress in rockmass, and provide in-situ basic data for engineering disaster warning and control.

摘要: An assembly includes an inlet tube. The assembly includes a first outlet tube. The assembly includes a solenoid assembly having a plunger movable between an open position in which fluid is permitted to flow from the inlet tube to the outlet tube and a closed position in which fluid is inhibited from flowing from the inlet tube to the outlet tube. The solenoid assembly has a spring urging the plunger to the closed position. The solenoid assembly has a strain gage fixed to the spring. A strain detected by the strain gage indicates whether the plunger is at the closed position.

摘要: The present invention discloses a six-dimensional force sensor with high sensitivity and low inter-dimensional coupling, including a clockwise or counterclockwise swastika-shaped beam, vertical beams, a rectangular outer frame, and strain gauges; the clockwise or counterclockwise swastika-shaped beam includes a cross-shaped transverse beam and four rectangular transverse beams; a center of the cross-shaped transverse beam is provided with several force application holes used for applying forces and moments; four tail ends of the cross-shaped transverse beam are each connected to one of the rectangular transverse beams to form a clockwise or counterclockwise swastika-shaped structure; a top end of a vertical beam is connected to a tail end of a corresponding rectangular transverse beam, and bottom ends of the vertical beams are connected to the rectangular outer frame; and there are a plurality of strain gauges to form six groups of Wheatstone bridges that are respectively used for measuring an X-direction force, a Y-direction force, a Z-direction force, an X-direction moment, a Y-direction moment, and a Z-direction moment. Strain gauges for measuring the forces are all pasted on the cross-shaped transverse beam, strain gauges for measuring the X-direction moment and the Y-direction moment are all pasted on the four rectangular transverse beams, and strain gauges for measuring the Z-direction moment are all pasted on the four vertical beams. According to the present invention, the structure is simple, and inter-dimensional coupling is low while high sensitivity is ensured.

The track system further includes at least one actuator connected between the attachment assembly and the frame assembly for pivoting the frame assembly about the yaw pivot axis, a leading idler wheel assembly at least indirectly connected to the at least one wheel-bearing frame member, a trailing idler wheel assembly at least indirectly connected to the at least one wheel-bearing frame member, at least one support wheel assembly, and an endless track.

The force sensor includes two systems of detecting sections which each independently detect strain of four beam parts of the strain element, two systems of computing circuits which each independently compute, on the basis of a detection result that has been outputted from a corresponding one of the two systems of detecting sections, the force or the moment that acts on the detection target part, and two systems of output sections which each independently output, as an electrical signal, a computation result that has been outputted from a corresponding one of the two systems of computing circuits.
