摘要: A track for a track system has a ground-facing side and a wheel-facing side including lugs having a base and defining a wheel path on which wheels of a track engaging assembly rolls on, the wheel path having first and second track side portions, and an intermediate track portion. When the wheel supports a load smaller than a nominal load, a distance between the base and the ground-facing side is smaller than a distance between the intermediate track portion and the ground-facing side. When the wheel supports a load equal or greater than the nominal load, a distance between the base and the ground-facing side is substantially equal to or smaller than a distance between the intermediate track portion and the ground-facing side. A wheel for a track system is also described. A track system comprising a wheel and a track is also described.

The track system further has leading and trailing idler wheel assemblies at least indirectly connected to the at least one wheel-bearing frame member, at least one support wheel assembly at least indirectly connected to the at least one wheel-bearing frame member, an endless track extending around the leading idler wheel assembly, the trailing idler wheel assembly, and the at least one support wheel assembly. At least one monitoring sensor connected to the endless track and including an array of sensing devices communicates with a track system controller for determining, at least indirectly, at least one of a state of the track system and a ground surface condition.

摘要: A suspended undercarriage assembly connectable to a track system including a frame member has a resilient assembly. The resilient assembly includes a first arm connected to the frame member, a second arm pivotally connected to the first arm, a spacing defined between the first and second arms, and a resilient member disposed in the spacing and connected to the first and second arms. The resilient member is resiliently deformable to permit movement of the second arm relative to the first arm, and to resiliently bias the second arm towards a rest position with respect to the first arm. The suspended undercarriage assembly provides suspension to a support wheel assembly relative to the frame member when connected to the second arm.

摘要: A vehicle includes a plurality of track systems, a fluid pump, a plurality of fluid lines fluidly connecting the fluid pump to at least some of the tires of the wheels of each of the track systems, a plurality of pneumatic inflation actuators, a plurality of pneumatic deflation actuators, and a system controller. The system controller is in electronic communication with the fluid pump, the plurality of pneumatic inflation actuators, and the plurality of pneumatic deflation actuators. The system controller is operable to selectively adjust fluid pressure in select ones of the wheels of any one of the track systems of the vehicle by actuating corresponding ones of the plurality of pneumatic inflation actuators and the plurality of pneumatic deflation actuators. A track system has at least one of the leading idler wheels, trailing idler wheels, and mid-roller wheels including a tire containing a fluid.

摘要: A resilient component for a wheel of a track system is disclosed. The resilient component includes a resilient body and a wear element. The resilient body defines a hub aperture for at least partially receiving a hub component. The resilient body extends radially outwardly from the hub aperture, and defines a first lateral sidewall and a second lateral sidewall, the first and second lateral sidewalls being spaced apart.
