Abstract: A wheel assembly, track system and light heavy-duty vehicle are disclosed. The wheel assembly has a wheel and an axle defining a shoulder member and a retaining zone. The wheel assembly also has a first bearing assembly disposed inwardly from the shoulder member and a second bearing assembly disposed inwardly from the retaining zone. The wheel assembly also has a sleeve member disposed between the first bearing assembly and the second bearing assembly, and a retaining member cooperating with the retaining zone such that the first and second bearing assemblies are prevented from axial movement by the shoulder member, the sleeve member, and the retaining member.

Abstract: A suspended undercarriage assembly connectable to a multi-member frame assembly of a track system includes a beam having a leading portion and a trailing portion, at least one support wheel assembly connectable to the beam, at least one of a leading resilient bushing assembly and a trailing resilient bushing assembly including a bushing having an opening defined therein and being shaped and dimensioned for promoting deformation of the bushing in at least one of a vertical direction and a lateral direction. The bushing is resiliently deformable to permit movement of the beam relative to the multi-member frame assembly in the vertical direction and in the lateral direction, and to resiliently bias the beam towards a rest position with respect to the multi-member frame assembly. A track system having the suspended undercarriage assembly is also provided.

Abstract: A track system includes a primary wheel structured to be rotationally attachable to a vehicle, a frame rotationally supporting a plurality of secondary wheels; a sub-frame supported by the frame. The sub-frame rotationally supports the primary wheel. The primary wheel and the plurality of secondary wheels support an endless track thereabout. A fastener secures the frame to the sub-frame and prevents pivoting of the frame relative to the sub-frame about the pivot axis. The fastener is disengageable. The frame is pivotable relative to the sub-frame about the pivot axis when the fastener is disengaged. The fastener is re-engageable to secure the frame to the sub-frame in any one of a plurality of different adjustment positions. In some implementations, a pivot member extends in a vertical direction between the sub-frame and the frame and defines a pivot axis of the frame.
