    Abstract: A deformable film has a decorative surface featuring a completely matt appearance. For this purpose, the deformable film has a decorative surface provided with at least one coating comprising the following constituents: (a) an aqueous dispersion of a hydroxy-functional prepolymer, obtainable by conversion of at least one of the following components: (i) a component having hydroxyl groups, (ii) a polyester polyol having hydroxyl groups, (iii) a polyisocyanate having isocyanate groups, (iv) a compound having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanate groups and at least one group capable of anion formation, (v) water, where components (i) to (iii) and the ratio of components (i) to (iii) are selected such that an excess of hydroxyl groups is present relative to the isocyanate groups, and (b) nanoparticles having a number-average particle size of 1 to 1000 nm and (c) a crosslinker having at least two groups reactive toward hydroxyl groups.

    Abstract: A method for making a plastic film having a three-dimensionally structured and colored surface includes the steps of: providing the film with a three-dimensional surface structure via a shaping process; determining the provided topography of the film surface via a scanning process; and, applying a coloring to the surface after the topography of the surface has been determined. A device configured to apply the coloring to the surface is controlled such that the application of the coloring to the surface is changeable in dependence upon at least one of topological data of the surface and macroscopic shapes of the surface.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a film laminate (1) comprising at least a single- or multi-ply extruded decorative layer (2) having a lacquer layer (3) on its top side and a foam layer (4) on its bottom side.     Abstract: The invention concerns a high-frequency weldable and low-temperature flexible polymer mixture containing a copolymer of ethylene with a polar comonomer selected from the group of vinyl esters of saturated C2-C8 carboxylic acids, C1-C12 alkyl acrylates, and/or methacrylates, with the comonomer content being less than approximately 25% by weight, a terpolymer and/or copolymer of ethylene, propylene, and/or butylene, and a polar comonomer, with the comonomer content being less than approximately 25% by weight, and a thermoplastic polyolefin. The invention also provides a sheet or a molded piece containing the polymer mixture according to the invention and use thereof. Articles made with the polymer exhibit a high degree of low-temperature flexibility and favorable thermal stability together with sufficient high-frequency weldability and favorable welding seam strength.
