    Abstract: A roof mount assembly includes a bottom plate securable to a roofing structure and a top plate mounted on top of the bottom plate. The bottom plate includes a first compressible sealing pad affixed to a bottom surface and compressed between bottom plate and roofing surface. The top plate includes a second compressible sealing pad affixed to its bottom surface that is compressed when the top plate is secured mounted over the bottom plate via fasteners extending through holes in the top plate and threaded into bores in the bottom plate. The top plate may include a central crown and a connector projecting upward therefrom to secure an object over the roofing structure.

    Abstract: An intelligent roof drain system includes a roof drain surrounded by a drain plate. A water seepage detection module is disposed proximate the drain plate. The water seepage detection module includes water seepage detection sensors and circuitry and an antenna system to inductively receive power and communicate water seepage data. A roofing membrane is disposed over the water seepage detection module. A monitoring module that includes control circuitry, power supply circuitry, water level detection circuitry, communications interface circuitry, and an antenna system to inductively supply power to and communicate with the water seepage detection module is disposed proximate the water seepage detection module such that the antenna systems align. The intelligent roof drain system can detect water seepage under the roofing membrane and standing water proximate the roof drain and communicate such events to a gateway and/or building management system.

    Abstract: A combined anchor and fastener that includes an anchor baseplate having a top surface and a bottom surface and at least one throughbore extending from the top surface to the bottom surface thereof. An elongated post is coupled to the anchor baseplate having a first end and a second end and an at least partially threaded, internal cylindrical bore for receipt therein of a mechanical fastener. The bore extends from the first end of the post towards the second end thereof with said post internal bore being in alignment and registry with the anchor baseplate throughbore.
