Abstract: A deformable film has a decorative surface featuring a completely matt appearance. For this purpose, the deformable film has a decorative surface provided with at least one coating comprising the following constituents: (a) an aqueous dispersion of a hydroxy-functional prepolymer, obtainable by conversion of at least one of the following components: (i) a component having hydroxyl groups, (ii) a polyester polyol having hydroxyl groups, (iii) a polyisocyanate having isocyanate groups, (iv) a compound having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanate groups and at least one group capable of anion formation, (v) water, where components (i) to (iii) and the ratio of components (i) to (iii) are selected such that an excess of hydroxyl groups is present relative to the isocyanate groups, and (b) nanoparticles having a number-average particle size of 1 to 1000 nm and (c) a crosslinker having at least two groups reactive toward hydroxyl groups.

Abstract: A floating cover sheet of a liquid reservoir is configured to rest on the liquid surface and includes a plurality of elongated sheet panels each defining edges and a lower region. The sheet panels are connected to one another and each of the sheet panels has a buoyant carrier sheet disposed in the lower region thereof. The buoyant carrier sheet is made of plastic and defines a carrier surface. A plurality of panel-shaped solar modules are applied to corresponding ones of the carrier surfaces of the carrier sheets. The solar module has a width less than the width of the corresponding sheet panel so as to define, on each sheet panel, a strip of carrier material free of the solar module corresponding thereto and configured to be walked on and to be slip resistant.

Abstract: A product surface including a first optoelectronically readable code formed by an arrangement of planar cells of a first and a second cell type. The code has a large detectable region and the readability thereof is robust in relation to demands during the production and/or the use of the surface. The cells, as integral components of the surface, have a surface profile. An intensity difference ΔI=I2−I1 in the intensity I2 reflected by the surface profile of the second cell type and intensity I1 reflected by the surface profile of the first cell type results in the case of light incidence as a result of the configuration of the surface profiles. The surface has a second code. The maximum of the absolute intensity difference |ΔI1| of the first code lies in a different reflection direction than the maximum of the absolute intensity difference |ΔI2| of the second code.

Abstract: The present invention relates to reactive compounds for the production of polyurethane layers, said compounds comprising an isocyanate component composed of at least one polyfunctional isocyanate, an oligomer of a polyfunctional isocyanate or an isocyanate prepolymer, a polyol component composed of at least one polyol, and a catalyst system comprising a metal-based catalyst based on a salt or an organometallic compound and a diketo compound having a melting point of ≥15° C. The catalyst system has the characteristic feature of low toxicity and very low reactivity under processing conditions, but can be activated by increasing the temperature, with the result that polyurethanes that have reacted as far as possible can be formed in a short time. The present invention further relates to methods for producing such polyurethane layers, to polyurethane layers produced from the reactive compounds, and to composite structures that comprise such polyurethane layers. In addition, the present invention relates to the use of the specified catalyst systems for the reaction of polyols and polyisocyanates.
