摘要: An over-current protection circuit for composite transistor devices is provided, connected between an input terminal and a load, and including: a control-terminal voltage-generation module whose output voltage varies with its input voltage when driven by a first voltage, wherein the output voltage of the control-terminal voltage-generation module serves as a control-terminal voltage; a composite transistor device, connected between the control-terminal voltage-generation module and the load, configured to conduct in response to the control-terminal voltage and a second voltage to generate an output current flowing through the load; and an over-current protection module, connected between the composite transistor device and the load, wherein when the output current of the composite transistor device exceeds a preset limit, a clamping voltage is applied to the composite transistor device by the over-current protection module to limit a current flowing through the composite transistor device, thereby limiting the output current of the composite transistor device.

摘要: An electronic device, and an over-erase detection and elimination method for memory cells are provided; the method includes: performing an erase operation on a specified area; selecting all the memory cells in the selected area one by one; measuring a threshold voltage of a selected memory cell for over-erase detection to see if it is less than a normal erase threshold voltage; if not, selecting the next memory cell for over-erase detection, and if yes, then performing a soft-write operation on the selected memory cell; after the soft-write operation, performing over-erase detection again to see whether the threshold voltage of the selected memory cell is within a normal threshold range; and if not, performing a soft-write operation again, and if yes, the next memory cell is selected for over-erase detection, until the threshold voltages of all the memory cells selected for erasure are within the normal threshold range.

摘要: A light-emitting device, including a shell assembly and a heat dissipation assembly. The heat dissipation assembly includes a first heat dissipation portion and a second heat dissipation portion. The first heat dissipation portion is connected with the second heat dissipation portion. The first heat dissipation portion is used to load a light source assembly, and a cavity space is formed when the second heat dissipation portion is covered by and communicated with the shell assembly. The second heat dissipation portion is provided with a first through-hole portion, and the shell assembly is provided with a second through-hole portion, the first through-hole portion and the second through-hole portion circulate a cooling medium to remove heat from the cavity space. Whether the light-emitting device is installed vertically, horizontally or at a certain inclination, a good heat dissipation effect can be achieved and the applicable scope can be greatly expanded.

摘要: A stencil-avoidance design method, a stencil-avoidance design device, an electronic device, and a non-transitory storage medium are provided. The method includes: obtaining a plurality of first regions and a plurality of first stencil aperture regions; determining whether a shortest distance between a selected first region of the plurality of first regions and a selected first stencil aperture region of the plurality of first stencil aperture regions is within a preset threshold range; further obtaining a second region and a second stencil aperture region if the shortest distance is within the preset threshold range, and then obtaining a third region; performing a collision step if a collision test is required, and obtaining a final stencil aperture region. The above method can improve the efficiency, accuracy, coverage, and comprehensiveness of the stencil avoidance design.
