Abstract: A water-adaptive cement self-healing system, a preparation method and an application thereof are provided. A pH-triggered shell curing agent, an inorganic nano-emulsifier, and a polysaccharide shell material are added into deionized water to obtain an aqueous phase; an active diluent of epoxy is added to an epoxy to obtain a first oil phase; the aqueous phase is mixed with the first oil phase to obtain an oil/water emulsion; a surfactant is added into paraffin oil to obtain a second oil phase; the second oil phase is mixed with the oil/water emulsion to obtain an oil/water/oil emulsion; an acidic liquid is added into the oil/water/oil emulsion dropwise to obtain a solid, followed by centrifuging, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain a self-healing capsule; and then an epoxy curing agent is mixed with the self-healing capsule to obtain the water-adaptive cement self-healing system based on an oil/water/oil double-emulsion template.

Abstract: Synthetic pozzolans are produced using local materials to provide a cementitious material that is uniform in chemistry and properties independent of the location where the materials are obtained. Two methods of production are described. One is a high temperature process in which materials are processed in a semi-molten or molten state. The second process is a low temperature aqueous process.

Abstract: A curing accelerator composition for building chemical mixtures comprises a mineral constituent and a polymeric water-soluble dispersant. The mineral constituent comprises a semi-ordered calcium silicate hydrate having an apparent crystallite size of 15 nm or less and less than 35% by weight of crystalline phases other than the semi-ordered calcium silicate hydrate. The composition displays a more pronounced accelerating effect than comparative compositions in which the mineral component comprises a calcium silicate hydrate having a higher degree of crystallinity.

Abstract: The invention provides a high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry and a production method thereof. The high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of an oil well Portland cement, 60-85 parts of a high temperature reinforcing material, 68-80 parts of fresh water, 1-200 parts of a density adjuster, 0.1-1.5 parts of a suspension stabilizer, 0.8-1.5 parts of a dispersant, 3-4 parts of a fluid loss agent, 0-3 parts of a retarder and 0.2-0.8 part of a defoamer. The high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry has a good sedimentation stability at normal temperature, and develops strength rapidly at a low temperature. The compressive strength is up to 40 MPa or more at a high temperature of 350° C., and the long-term high-temperature compressive strength develops stably without degradation. Therefore, it can meet the requirements for field application in heavy oil thermal recovery wells, reaching the level of Grade G Portland cement for cementing oil and gas wells.
