摘要: A cement slurry including graphene, a cementitious material, and water; the graphene comprises bioderived renewable graphene (BRG). The cement slurry can comprise from about 0.01 to about 20, from about 0.1 to about 15, from about 0.5 to about 5 percent graphene by weight of cementitious material (% graphene bwoc). The cement slurry can have enhanced stability, as evidenced by a uniform density of the slurry and a reduction in free fluid, according to API 10B-2, relative to a same cement slurry absent the graphene.

摘要: Pumpable slurry compositions comprising at least one aluminosilicate additive and optional pozzolanic cement additives and methods for improving development of compressive strengths in the pumpable cement slurry compositions are disclosed herein. The methods utilize one or more pumpable cement slurry compositions comprising at least one cement component, water, at least one first aluminosilicate additive, at least one optional second aluminosilicate additive, and one or more optional pozzolanic additives, wherein the at least one first aluminosilicate additive has an amorphous phase of greater than about 50% and a weight ratio of silica oxide to aluminum oxide of about 1.0 to about 2.5, and the at least one optional second aluminosilicate additive has a weight ratio of silica oxide to aluminum oxide of about 1.7 to about 3.3.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of oil and gas field exploitation, in particular to an early strength material suitable for a cement slurry system, a cement slurry composition, a cement slurry system, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The early strength material contains an aluminum salt, a sodium salt, crystal whiskers, an inorganic mineral and dispersing agent I, wherein the weight ratio of the aluminum salt, the sodium salt, the crystal whiskers, the inorganic mineral and dispersing agent I is (1-3):(1-3):(1-4):(1-8):1. The early strength material provided by the present invention has both high-temperature retarding performance and low-temperature early strength performance; meanwhile, while satisfying well cementing, the cement slurry system prepared from the cement slurry composition containing the early strength material can prolong thickening time of cement slurry under a high-temperature condition, can prevent ultra-retarding of top cement slurry under a low-temperature condition and has increased early strength.

摘要: A method of designing a cement slurry may include: (a) selecting a target permeability and a density requirement; (b) inputting the target permeability into a permeability model and generating a proposed cement composition using the permeability model, wherein the proposed cement composition comprises at least a cement and concentration thereof, and a water and concentration thereof such that a cement slurry formed from the proposed cement composition water meet the density requirement; (c) preparing the cement slurry based on the proposed cement composition; and (d) introducing the cement slurry into a wellbore and allowing the cement slurry to set to form a hardened cement.
