摘要: Pumpable slurry compositions comprising at least one aluminosilicate additive and optional pozzolanic cement additives and methods for improving development of compressive strengths in the pumpable cement slurry compositions are disclosed herein. The methods utilize one or more pumpable cement slurry compositions comprising at least one cement component, water, at least one first aluminosilicate additive, at least one optional second aluminosilicate additive, and one or more optional pozzolanic additives, wherein the at least one first aluminosilicate additive has an amorphous phase of greater than about 50% and a weight ratio of silica oxide to aluminum oxide of about 1.0 to about 2.5, and the at least one optional second aluminosilicate additive has a weight ratio of silica oxide to aluminum oxide of about 1.7 to about 3.3.

摘要: The cementitious mixture includes cement with a concentration of between about 5 wt % and about 20 wt %; powdered glass with a concentration of between about 5 wt % and about 35 wt %; fly ash with a concentration of between about 20 wt % and about 40 wt %; sand with a concentration of between about 18 wt % and about 25 wt %; a poly(carboxylate ether)-based superplasticizer with a concentration of between about 0.8 wt % and about 1.2 wt %; and water with a concentration of between about 14 wt % and about 16 wt %. Alternatively, the fly ash may be replaced with ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS). The powdered glass is preferably powdered recycled glass cullet. The glass cullet may be ground to have an average particle size of about 10 μm or less. The sand may be red dune sand, and the cement may be Portland cement or white cement. The cementitious may also include polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) microfibers.

摘要: A cement composition can include water and a blended cement. The cement composition can be free of Portland cement. The blended cement can include cement and a supplementary cementitious material. The cement can be calcium aluminate cement or calcium aluminophosphate cement. Fly ash is a common supplementary cementitious material containing silica. However, fly ash can have large variances depending on the source of the fly ash. Instead of fly ash, the supplementary cementitious material can be ground synthetic glass, such as soda-lime glass, which has consistent properties regardless of the source.

摘要: The invention discloses high-strength glass-ceramic-based lightweight aggregates and the preparation method thereof. The mass ratio of raw material components is 50-70 parts of engineering muck, 20-40 parts of glass, 3-7 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-7 parts of magnesium oxide, and 2-10 parts of a nucleating agent; the nucleating agent is at least one of calcium fluoride, titanium dioxide, and chromium oxide. After crushing, mixing, and granulating, spherical particles with a particle size of 10-12 mm are formed; and then the product can be obtained after drying, sintering, and cooling. The obtained lightweight aggregate from the invention has a diopside matrix which provides high strength and a low water absorption rate at low densities. Moreover, waste glass and engineering muck could be utilized with high value.

摘要: Efflorescence resistance of concrete blocks is enhanced through the use of glass powder in the concrete composition. The glass powder permits a reduction in the cement content; the glass powder also creates a pozzolanic reaction to change the free calcium ions in calcium hydroxide to calcium silicate to fix the calcium ions inside concrete. The composition includes cementitious binding material of ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, calcium sulfoaluminate cement, ground-granulated blast-furnace slag in an amount from 20 to 25 wt. %. Coarse aggregate is provided from 10 to 15 wt. percent. Fine aggregate is from 32 to 39 wt. %. The composition further includes glass powder having a diameter of less than approximately 75 microns in an amount from 17 to 23 wt. %. Water is present in an amount from 6 to 9 wt. %. The dry density of formed paving blocks is 1800-2200 kg/m3.

摘要: Described are cementitious reagent materials produced from globally abundant inorganic feedstocks. Also described are methods for the manufacture of such cementitious reagent materials and forming the reagent materials as microspheroidal glassy particles. Also described are apparatuses, systems and methods for the thermochemical production of glassy cementitious reagents with spheroidal morphology. The apparatuses, systems and methods make use of an in-flight melting/quenching technology such that solid particles are flown in suspension, melted in suspension, and then quenched in suspension. The cementitious reagents can be used in concrete to substantially reduce the CO2 emission associated with cement production.

摘要: Provided are a textile reinforced cement composite for suppressing occurrence of slipping and a crack and a manufacturing method thereof. The textile reinforced cement composite for suppressing occurrence of slipping and a crack can suppress slipping between a textile grid reinforcement and a cement composite by using an angulated filling material mixed therewith when a textile reinforced cement composite having a textile grid reinforcement embedded in a cement composite is manufactured, suppress occurrence of a crack of the cement composite, suppress occurrence of a crack of the cement composite due to a fiber bridging reaction by using organic fiber mixed therewith, induce distribution of fine cracks, suppress degradation of fluidity of the cement composite caused by mixing of the angulated filling material by using a spherical binder and a chemical admixture added thereto, and suppress slipping between the textile grid reinforcement and the cement composite by using a fine powder binder having a predetermined particle size and mixed therewith.
