Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify, while camped on a first cell associated with a first radio access technology (RAT), a power management level for a communication using a second RAT, wherein the power management level indicates an available power for the communication using the second RAT, and wherein the available power is based at least in part on an exposure rate or an absorption rate. The UE may delay a transmission of a measurement report on the first cell based at least in part on the identification of the power management level. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) and another device (e.g., another UE) may transmit messages on a shared channel accessed in a half-duplex manner (e.g., within a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) network). The UE and the other device may transmit messages on semi-persistently scheduled (SPS) resources. A message of the UE and a transmission of the other device may collide (e.g., be transmitted in the same subframe). The UE may employ muting and measuring, in which the UE may refrain from transmitting on a SPS resource and may detect the transmission of the other device. Upon detection of other transmissions, the UE may perform resource reselection. During resource selection or resource reselection, the UE may exclude an entire subframe of candidate resources if one of the candidate resources of the subframe is mapped to a resource associated with a transmission from another device.

The UE may perform measurements on a set of candidate cells of a second RAT or a second frequency range based on a determination for the UE to operate according to the second RAT or the second frequency range. The UE may perform a mobility procedure to establish a connection with a first cell of the set of candidate cells based on a determination that a first value of a first measurement parameter for the first cell satisfies a first threshold, and further based on a comparison of a different, second value of a second measurement parameter for the first cell to a second threshold.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Techniques are described to enable wake-up signal (WUS) error handling at a user equipment (UE). The UE may detect an error pattern when attempting to receive a WUS from a base station based on a configuration for receiving the WUS. For example, the base station may transmit the configuration for receiving the WUS to a set of UEs including the UE. Based on detecting the error pattern, the UE may perform a mitigation operation based on determining the error pattern, such as waking up multiple cells to receive a transmission indicated by the WUS, transmitting a radio link failure indication to the base station, etc. Additionally or alternatively, the base station may transmit multiple WUSs to the UEs, such as a first WUS according to the configuration and a second WUS according to a reconfiguration.

Abstract: A device may selectively listen for a tracking reference signal (TRS) during connected mode discontinuous reception (CDRx) based on whether the device is to switch between repeaters of a base station (such as during travel). A device may determine whether the device is in a high speed train (HST) scenario (such as based on a difference in frequency errors generated using a synchronization signal block (SSB) and generated using a TRS, based on a trajectory of a frequency error or a frequency error difference over time, based on instantaneous frequency errors, etc.). When the device is in a HST scenario, the device listens for a TRS during CDRx, and the device generates a frequency error using the TRS. When the device is not in a HST scenario, the device prevents listening for a TRS during CDRx (with a SSB received during CDRx to be used to generate a frequency error).
