摘要: This disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a silver-plated reflecting film. The method includes following steps: (1) manufacturing a reflecting polyester film layer; (2) coating a silver-plated layer on one surface of the reflecting polyester film layer by a vacuum sliver plating method, wherein the vacuum silver plating methods comprises a vacuum evaporation plating method or a vacuum sputtering silver plating method; and (3) applying a protection layer film on the silver-plated layer and obtaining the silver-plated reflecting film.

摘要: A paper-based packaging article includes outer and intermediate paper plies and an inner polymer film ply. A first adhesive layer is disposed between the inner and intermediate paper plies for gluing the inner polymer film ply to the intermediate paper ply. A second adhesive layer is disposed between the intermediate and outer paper plies for gluing the intermediate paper ply to the outer paper ply. The first and second adhesive layers overlap and are coaligned. The outer and intermediate paper plies and the inner polymer film ply are adjoined to form a multiwall structure, wherein the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are coaligned with each other on the multiwall structure. The first adhesive layer comprises a first plurality of adhesive spots and the second adhesive layer comprises a second plurality of adhesive spots, wherein the adhesive spots of the first plurality of adhesive spots do not overlap with the adhesive spots of the second plurality of adhesive spots.

The layer that includes a 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer and the layer that includes a polyolefin contact each other at at least a portion thereof, the inter-layer adhesion strength between the layer that includes a 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer and the layer that includes a polyolefin is 0.5 N/15 mm or more, and a heat-seal strength of from 3 N/15 mm to 15 N/15 mm is exhibited in a case in which two of the layers that include a polyolefin are brought into contact with each other and heat-sealed at 120° C.

摘要: A polyolefin film for an aluminum plastic film and an aluminum plastic film structure are provided. The polyolefin film includes a laminating film, a middle film, and a heat-sealed film. The middle film is disposed between the laminating film and the heat-sealed film. A lamination temperature of the laminating film ranges from 70° C. to 100° C. A material forming the laminating film is a first polyolefin material. The first polyolefin material has a modified group, and a structure of the modified group contains maleic anhydride. A material forming the middle film includes: 50 phr to 90 phr of a propylene block copolymer, 5 phr to 30 phr of an ethylene elastomer, and 5 phr to 20 phr of a propylene random copolymer.

摘要: Provided is a laminate that has excellent low-temperature impact resistance and bursting pressure strength at high temperatures despite having a thick modified polyolefin layer. The laminate has two or more layers including an (a) layer and a (b) layer, the (a) layer includes an aliphatic polyamide composition (A), and the (b) layer includes a modified polyolefin (B). The modified polyolefin (B) includes a unit derived from a monomer based on an α-olefin having 2-10 carbon atoms, and a unit derived from an unsaturated compound having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of: unsaturated compounds having at least one group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, an epoxy group, an amino group, an amide group, an imide group, a nitrile group, a thiol group, and an isocyanate group; and derivatives of unsaturated compounds having a carboxyl group. The Shore hardness (D scale) of the modified polyolefin (B) as measured according to ASTM D2240 is 30-61.

摘要: A preform configured to form a carbonated beverage container. The preform includes a finish defining an opening. A body portion of the preform extends from the finish. A bottom portion of the preform is at an end of the preform opposite to the finish. A longitudinal axis of the preform extends through an axial center of the bottom portion. A base layer is included with the body portion and the bottom portion. The base layer has an inner portion with an inner surface at a carbonated product side of the preform. An outer portion of the base layer has an outer surface at an outer bottle side of the preform. A passive CO2 barrier layer is between the inner portion and the outer portion of the base layer. The passive CO2 barrier layer extends along the body portion to the bottom portion, and across the bottom portion. The passive CO2 barrier layer is arranged closer to the inner surface than the outer surface to increase the shelf-life of carbonated products.
