摘要: A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. An integrated actuator housing is operationally coupled to the shift actuator and a linear clutch actuator. The linear clutch actuator is a self-adjusting actuator, and the transmission includes a self-adjusting clutch.

摘要: A gearbox for a vehicle includes a primary shaft configured to rotate about a first axis, a distribution gear, a transmission gear arranged around the primary shaft, an auxiliary shaft configured to rotate around a second axis, an auxiliary output gear and an auxiliary transmission gear arranged around the auxiliary shaft, an output gear arranged around the primary shaft for transmitting a power out of the gearbox, and a gear shift system slidable between at least two positions. The gear shift system is configured to rotationally engage the distribution gear and the output gear for transmitting the power directly from the primary shaft to the output gear, or the distribution gear and the transmission gear for transmitting the power indirectly from the primary shaft to the output gear through the auxiliary shaft.

The input-gear selector is movable on the input shaft relative to the first and second couplers. Engagement of the input-gear selector with the first coupler drives rotation of the first input gear with rotation of the input shaft, and engagement of the input-gear selector with the second coupler drives rotation of the second input gear with rotation of the input shaft.

摘要: A module for a system for driving and synchronizing a countershaft of a transmission gearbox. The module includes a coupling device having an input element intended to be rotationally coupled to a reversible electric machine and an output element intended to be rotationally coupled to the countershaft. The coupling device has a coupled state in which the clutch device is able to transmit torque between the input element and the output element and an uncoupled state in which the input element and the output element are uncoupled. Also included is a lock-up device which has a lock-up state in which said lock-up device blocks the rotation of the input element of the clutch device, and a released state in which said lock-up device allows the input element to rotate.

A gear train in an electric drive axle system includes, in one example, an input shaft configured to rotationally couple to an electric motor-generator and including a first gear and an intermediate shaft including a second gear rotationally coupled to the first gear and a third gear and a fourth gear each configured to rotationally couple to a separate gear on an output shaft. In this example, the second gear, the third gear, and the fourth gear have different sizes, the third gear includes an axial extension having at outer surface, and an interior surface of the second gear circumferentially surrounds at least a portion of the outer surface of the axial extension.
