摘要: A clothing or seamed felt for use in a pressing part of a machine for producing a fibrous web includes at least one base structure and at least one staple fiber layer on the base structure. The at least one staple fiber layer is disposed on a side facing the fibrous web. At least one seam zone has seam loops connected to one another by at least one pintle to make the clothing endless. The at least one staple fiber layer is divided in the region of the seam zone by at least one cut, forming a seam flap and a seam wedge. The staple fiber layer has in the region of the seam zone, in both the seam flap and the seam wedge, a quantity of connecting fibers connected to one or more additional staple fibers by welded connections. A method for producing a clothing is also provided.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to rotors for pressure screens with cylinders for screening solid contaminants from a solid slurry. The rotor includes a cylindrical hub, a plurality of foils spaced radially outward from the hub, and a plurality of struts coupling the plurality of foils to the hub. The struts include a forward edge having a forward-swept shape that creates streamlines that move contaminants and fibers from the general local flow field and those dislodged from the inner surface of the pressure screen cylinder radially inboard towards the hub. The streamlines produced by the forward-swept struts can reduce or prevent deposition of solid contaminants on the forward edge of the strut and on the leading edge of the foil. The struts can also include a release region proximate the inboard end of the strut.

摘要: The present invention relates to an arrangement (1) for measuring the temperature of a web. The arrangement (1) comprises a plurality of sensors (3) for contactless measuring of the temperature, an elongated housing (5) intended for extending essentially along a transverse direction (T) which is transverse to the direction of movement of a web. The sensors (3) are arranged in a chamber (6) within the housing (5) and spread along the front side (7a) of the housing (5). Each sensor (3) is connected to a data bus (9) for providing information of the measured temperature to other systems and/or apparatuses. The sensors (3) are attached to a support structure (19) having at least one rotatable shaft (23) in the interior of the housing (7), and wherein the shaft (23) is arranged to rotate the support structure (19) such that the sensors (3) are displaced to a calibration and/or protection position away from the openings (11) for calibration and/or protection of the sensors (3). The invention also relates to a method for measuring the temperature of a web, a computer program, a computer readable medium and a control unit.

摘要: An arrangement for installations of monitoring sensors of a vessel for treatment of lignocellulosic material, which vessel (1) has a central pipe (2) including at least one concentric pipe (3), mounted coaxially within the vessel (1). At least one sensor channel (4) is arranged along the outermost wall of the concentric pipe (3) of the central pipe (2) and that the at least one sensor channel (4) is connected to a cable conduit (5), which cable conduit (5) connects the exterior of the vessel (1) to the at least one sensor channel (4)) and the sensor channel (4) is several meters long and has plurality of holders (13) for sensors (11) and/or is configured to contain plurality of thermal sensors (11) with their cables (8).
