摘要: The present invention provides processes for preparing soluble salts of inositol phosphate characterized by a low level of impurities. Processes for preparing soluble salts (e.g., alkali-metal or ammonium) of inositol phosphates (e.g., hexasodium or dodecasodium salts), and of inositol hexaphosphate in particular (e.g., Na6IP6 and Na12IP6), are described. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions, methods of use, combination treatments, kits, and articles of manufacture comprising soluble salts of inositol phosphates prepared according to the method of the invention.

摘要: The present invention belongs to the technical field of NMN preparation, and particularly relates to a recrystallization method for NMN preparation, comprising the following steps: step 1. preparation of raw materials: preparing nicotinamide, nucleic acid, ribose-5-phosphate and phosphoric acid; step 2. preparation of reaction solution: preparing a suitable buffer, dissolving nicotinamide, ribose, ribose-5-phosphate in the buffer, and adjusting the concentration of the solution; step 3. activated phosphorylation reaction: adding phosphoric acid to the buffer of the dissolved nicotinamide and ribose, and stirring the mixture at appropriate temperature and pH conditions to make reactions take place in the mixture; step 4. addition of enzyme for catalysis; step 5. separation and purification: separating and purifying the reacted mixture to remove unreacted substrates and synthetase. The present invention is convenient for improving the crystal purity of NMN and improving the crystal quality, and is convenient for users to prepare NMN crystals.

摘要: The present invention provides, among other things, methods of purifying messenger RNA (mRNA) including the steps of (a) precipitating mRNA from an impure preparation; (b) subjecting the impure preparation comprising precipitated mRNA to a purification process involving membrane filtration such that the precipitated mRNA is captured by a membrane; and (c) eluting the captured precipitated mRNA from the membrane by re-solubilizing the mRNA, thereby resulting in a purified mRNA solution. In some embodiments, a purification process involving membrane filtration suitable for the present invention is tangential flow filtration.

摘要: The present invention concerns an efficient way to isolate L-fucose from a fermentation broth. The L-fucose contained in the fermentation broth is produced by microbial fermentation (bacterial or yeasts). The inventive process comprises a step of removing biomass from the fermentation broth, a step of subjecting the resulting solution to at least one of a cationic ion exchanger treatment and an anionic ion exchanger treatment and a step of removing salts after the ion exchanger treatment. The process can provide L-fucose in powder form, in granulated form as well as in form of L-fucose crystals.

摘要: The present invention describes an efficient way to isolate a sialic acid from a fermentation broth. The sialic acid contained in the fermentation broth is produced by bacterial fermentation. The inventive process comprises a step of removing biomass from the fermentation broth, a step of subjecting the resulting solution to at least one of a cationic ion exchanger treatment and an anionic ion exchanger treatment and a step of removing salts after the ion exchanger treatment. The process can provide the sialic acid in spray-dried form as well as in form of sialic acid crystals.
