摘要： Infant formulae with a very low level of arsenic are obtained by selecting the components of the infant formula very carefully. For manufacturing infant formulae that comprise less than 95 parts per billion (ppb) of arsenic, it is preferred to use human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) that have been isolated from a fermentation brth without using activated carbon in the last purification step. The preferred HMO is 2′-O-fucosyllactose.
