Abstract: A track system for use with a vehicle includes an attachment assembly connectable to the chassis of the vehicle having a first pivot extending vertically and defining a yaw pivot axis of the track system, and a second pivot extending laterally and defining a pitch pivot axis of the track system. A frame assembly is disposed laterally outwardly from the attachment assembly and connected thereto. The frame assembly includes at least one wheel-bearing frame member. The track system further includes at least one actuator connected between the attachment assembly and the frame assembly for pivoting the frame assembly about the yaw pivot axis, a leading idler wheel assembly at least indirectly connected to the at least one wheel-bearing frame member, a trailing idler wheel assembly at least indirectly connected to the at least one wheel-bearing frame member, at least one support wheel assembly, and an endless track.

Abstract: The technology disclosed herein relates to a system for the efficient capture and storage of carbon dioxide from a vehicle's exhaust while in transit. The system includes an apparatus for extracting the carbon dioxide from an exhaust gas and passing it to a compressor or carbon dioxide management system. The system then compresses the carbon dioxide and determines if a tire has capacity for the carbon dioxide. The tire has a carbon dioxide chamber and an external air chamber. If the carbon dioxide air chamber has capacity, the compressor will supply compressed carbon dioxide into the carbon dioxide chamber. Upon arrival at an external storage location, the carbon dioxide stored in the tires are able to be extracted and supplied to the external storage location.

In one aspect, a device for continuously controlling tire pressure includes a bracket, a fixed non-rotating member fixedly attached to the bracket, and a non-fixed rotating member rotatably attached thereto. The fixed non-rotating member has at least one first seal surface, the at least one seal surface configured to be in fluid communication with a compressed air source. The non-fixed rotating member has at least one second seal surface, wherein an air chamber defined within a volume between interacting the at least one first seal surface and the at least one second seal surface causes fluid communication between an interior space of the tire and the compressed air source.

Abstract: An air pressure regulation system and method are provided. The system includes a pressure regulation system configured to be mounted within an axle of a moving vehicle having a tire mounted thereto. The pressure regulation system includes a pump assembly configured to continuously pump a gas into the tire. A release valve is configured to enable gas above a set pressure to pass from the tire through a second pneumatic fitting into the atmosphere. The release valve selectively closes after the air pressure within the tire no longer exceeds the predetermined level.

Abstract: A motor vehicle with a compressor assembly for the supply of a pressure medium to a tire cavity of a tire of a motor vehicle. The compressor assembly has a compression chamber which is rotationally fixed in relation to the motor vehicle wheel, and the compression chamber and the tire cavity are connected via a fluidic connection for the conveying of a pressure medium from the compression chamber into the tire cavity. A tire sealing device has a sealant reservoir with a first connection fluidically connected to a tire cavity of a tire of the motor vehicle to be repaired, and a second connection fluidically connected to a pressure medium source secured to the motor vehicle. The sealant is conveyed out of the pressure medium source into the tire cavity of the tire to be repaired by means of the pressure medium.
