Abstract: A system and method for remote assessment by telemedicine of a patient with chronic low back pain are described. The system includes an electromyography sensor worn by the patient and used as part of a biofeedback therapy. The patient is assessed based on a plurality of subjective questionnaires and on an objective assessment performed by a physical therapist or other clinician by telemedicine. The treatment protocols are designed so that the patient can perform them at home with remote monitoring by a physical therapist.

Abstract: A system and a method for generating a medical knowledge packet in an active conversation session. The system receives a message associated with a conversation thread. The system determines a context of the message using a machine learning model. Further, one or more medical knowledge packets from one or more sources may be generated based on the message and the context. A confidence score to the medical knowledge packet is assigned based on one or more factors comprising relevance, accuracy, the one or more sources, and recency of the medical knowledge packet. The medical knowledge packet with a highest confidence score is modified by formatting, summarizing, highlighting, cross-referencing, and simplifying by using one or more text analysis algorithms.

Abstract: A method for coordinating the manufacturing of an expanded cell therapy product for a patient may include receiving a cell order request to expand the cell therapy product for the patient; generating a patient-specific identifier or cell order identifier associated with the cell order request; and initiating a process to expand the cell therapy product from at least some of a solid tumor obtained from the patient. If acceptance parameters for the expansion cell therapy product do not meet certain acceptance criteria at a second time point subsequent to a first time point in the expansion process, it is determined whether re-performing the expansion of the cell therapy product using the cell expansion technique is possible from the first time point based on the acceptance parameters at the second time point. If such re-performing the expansion is possible, patient treatment events that use the expanded cell therapy product are rescheduled.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes various aspects of remote presence interfaces (RPIs) for use on portable electronic devices (PEDs) to interface with remote presence devices. An RPI may allow a user to interact with a telepresence device, view a live video feed, provide navigational instructions, and/or otherwise interact with the telepresence device. The RPI may allow a user to manually, semi-autonomously, or autonomously control the movement of the telepresence device. One or more panels associated with a video feed, patient data, calendars, date, time, telemetry data, PED data, telepresence device data, healthcare facility information, healthcare practitioner information, menu tabs, settings controls, and/or other features may be utilized via the RPI.

Abstract: A method for remotely bonding a companion device to an implanted medical device to achieve long-term encrypted and authenticated communication channel, that is resilient to companion device failure or compromise and hence mitigates the risk or need for unplanned, revision surgery and/or premature device explantation. Through use of a shared cryptographic key between the two systems, the companion device may request an encrypted challenge number from the implant. Completing the challenge via transmitting an encrypted validation number permits the implanted medical device to bond and perform a new long-term key exchange. The shared cryptographic key can be changed as well, in event of compromise or other adverse event, using a described device firmware update procedure.

Abstract: A system for health services is provided. When a provider partners with the system the provider is assisted with the creation of an introduction video explaining their practice. The provider may also be assisted in the creation of videos that correspond to the top conditions or diseases treated by the provider as well as the top medicines that are prescribed. When a patient schedules a health service, the patient is initially provided the introduction video for the provider. During the health service, the system collects the health data entered or spoken by the provider. Based on the monitored data, the system automatically recommends relevant videos or content that may be included in a report for the patient. After the health service is completed, the system may further assist the provider in creating a video that explains the diagnosis and recommended treatment regiments.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of increasing likelihood of appointment completion comprises providing at least one processor; and at least one non-transitory memory including computer program code, configured to perform steps comprising obtaining an appointment data structure comprising an attendee and a corresponding appointment for the attendee, obtaining data comprising at least one of a set of population data, a set of appointment data, a set of external data, or environmental data, wherein the data comprises at least two different formats, standardizing the at least two different formats of data, inferring, using the standardized data in a machine learning algorithm by the at least one processor and the at least one non-transitory memory, a probability that the attendee will complete the appointment, and when the probability of completion is below a threshold, performing a mitigation step to increase the probability that the attendee will complete the appointment.
