摘要: A heater for an ingot growing apparatus is provided. The heater, disposed outside a crucible so as to heat the crucible, for an ingot growing apparatus comprises: a body part including a flow path through which a heat source, for generating heat for heating the crucible, flows; and a heat increasing part formed by being inwardly cut at a predetermined depth along a circumferential direction at an upper side of the body part, wherein a portion of the body part, at which the heat increasing part is formed, has a thickness (d3) formed to be less than a thickness (d2) of the other portion of the body part such that the heat can be intensively generated at the heat increasing part.

摘要: An electric grill pan device includes a heating pan detachably mounted above a base. A socket is mounted in the base and includes a seat and an upper cover. A compartment is defined between the upper cover and the seat. The upper cover includes a plurality of insertion holes aligned with terminals on the seat. The upper cover further includes a notch aligned with an abutment peg on the heating pan. A shield is pivotably mounted in the compartment and includes a guiding portion aligned with the abutment peg. The shield is biased to a position covering the insertion holes. When the heating pan is mounted to the base, the abutment peg presses against the guiding portion and pivots the shield to another position not covering the insertion holes, and conductive ends of a heating element on the heating pan is in electrical contact with the terminals.

摘要: In the method according to the invention for operating a cement plant, the raw meal is preheated in a preheating zone, the preheated material is precalcined in a calcining zone and the precalcined material is finally sintered in a sintering zone. The cement plant is operated in such a manner that the precalcined material which is supplied to the sintering zone has an SO3 concentration of at least 5.5% by mass and a CaSO4 proportion of at least 75%, preferably 90%, of the total salt content.

摘要: A system for forming high quality silicon material, e.g., polysilicon. In a specific embodiment, the melted material comprises a silicon material and an impurity, e.g., phosphorous species. The system includes a crucible having an interior region. In a specific embodiment, the crucible is made of a suitable material such as a quartz material or others. The quartz material is capable of withstanding a temperature of at least 1400 Degrees Celsius for processing silicon. In a specific embodiment, the crucible is configured in an upright position and has an open region to expose a melted material. In a specific embodiment, the present system has an energy source. Such energy source may be an arc heater or other suitable heating device, including multiple heating devices, which may be the same or different. The arc heater is configured above the open region and spaced by a gap between the exposed melted material and a muzzle region of the arc heater to cause formation of a determined temperature profile within a vicinity of a center region of the exposed melted material while maintaining outer regions of the melted material at a temperature below a melting point of the quartz material of the crucible. In a specific embodiment, the system produces a melted material comprising a resulting phosphorous species of 0.1 ppm and less, which is purified silicon.

摘要: An infrared firing furnace includes a case-integrated cooling system to provide high performance cooling as the first step in the cooling process. The cooling system includes a cooling manifold integrated into, and made from, the same case material as the adjacent firing zone. As the cooling system is made from the same material as the rest of the case, it can handle being exposed to higher temperatures. The cooling system is positioned such that the plane of its outlet is at a specific clearance level relative to the product passing underneath. High pressure cooling jets of air are directed downward toward the products as they pass under the cooling manifold in order to quickly bring the temperature of the products down from the much higher firing temperature, and minimize the dwell time of the product at the higher temperature.

摘要: The present invention relates to methods and devices for generating heat for building structures or otherwise through wind power. In one exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides a wind powered electric furnace. The wind powered electric furnace includes a turbine disposed within a cavity of a first housing. The first housing defines a plurality of intake airflow paths having a narrowing profile in the direction of the cavity. The turbine is connected to a shaft. The wind powered electric furnace further includes a generator drivably connected to the shaft. The generator is adapted to generate electricity during rotation of the shaft. The wind powered electric furnace further includes an electric heater electrically connected to the generator, wherein upon rotation of the shaft electricity generated by the generator is transmitted to the electric heater.
