摘要: This invention provides a method for synthesizing glycolide using methyl glycolate as a raw material, comprising two steps as illustrated in the following reaction formulas:
wherein, the ROH represents a straight/branched chain alcohol, acid or ester containing 18-30 carbons and at least one hydroxyl group. The method for glycolide synthesis disclosed in the present invention manages to maintain a low viscosity within the reaction system by introducing a high-boiling alcohol into the reaction system to form a larger alkoxy glycolate exhibiting a significantly lower molecular weight compared to the typical glycolic acid oligomers utilized in the conventional process. Thus the challenges of coking and inefficient heat transfer encountered in traditional glycolide synthesis routes are effectively addressed.-

摘要: A composition and a method for preparing the same are provided. The method for preparing the composition includes providing a polyethylene terephthalate waste. The polyethylene terephthalate waste is subjected to a depolymerization in the presence of a catalyst and an alcoholysis agent to obtain a mixture, wherein an oxidizing atmosphere is continuously introduced into the depolymerization. The mixture is subjected to a solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid. The solid is subjected to a purification to obtain the composition.

摘要: A transesterification catalyst that is heterogeneous and a method for preparing said transesterification catalyst are provided. The catalyst can be used in a variety of transesterification reactor configurations including CSTR (continuous stirred tank reactors), ebullated (or ebullating) beds or any other fluidized bed reactors, and PFR (plug flow, fixed bed reactors). The catalyst can be used for manufacturing commercial grade biodiesel, biolubricants and glycerin.

摘要: Provided are a novel ester-based compound and a use thereof. A use of a novel ester-based compound for improving heat resistance and compatibility as a plasticizer is provided. When the ester-based compound according to the present invention is used as the plasticizer of a heat-resistant resin composition, a synergistic effect on improvement of physical properties such as migration resistance and heating loss is provided to contribute to improvement of the physical properties of a molded article, and due to a rapid absorption rate and a short melting time, processability of the heat-resistant resin composition may be improved.
