Abstract: An optical transceiver includes a silicon photonics substrate, transmitter circuitry, and receiver circuitry that are heterogeneously integrated. The transmitter circuitry includes a plurality of laser devices formed on the silicon photonics substrate, each of the plurality of laser devices configured to generate a respective laser light, a plurality of modulators formed on the silicon photonics substrate, each of the plurality of modulators configured to modulate the laser lights based on driver signals and output, from the silicon photonics substrate, the modulated laser lights, and a driver formed on the silicon photonics substrate and configured to generate the driver signals. The receiver circuitry includes a photodetector configured to receive a plurality of optical signals and convert the plurality of optical signals to respective electrical signals and a transimpedance amplifier device configured to receive the electrical signals and output the electrical signals from the silicon photonics substrate as electrical outputs.

The center (P2) of a lower end portion of a coil spring (60) is offset outward in the vehicle width direction and rearward in the vehicle's longitudinal direction with respect to the center (P1) of an upper end portion of the coil spring (60).

Abstract: A suspension system includes: a trailing arm and a lower arm which are turnably connected to a chassis and are joined in such a way as to be displaceable relative to each other through a hinge mechanism; and a stabilizer. Abstract: A rotary damper includes a damper motor and a damper housing in surrounding relationship to the damper motor. The damper housing has a connection piece for mounting the damper housing to a first mass. An articulated lever is swingably mounted in relation to the damper housing and connected to a second mass. The articulated lever has a lobe which is movable during a swinging motion of the articulated lever in relation to the damper housing along a movement path between two stops which are connected to the damper housing. A gear mechanism transmits and/or converts a relative rotational movement between the first and second masses to the damper motor for vibration damping.
