摘要: An apparatus for forming an inflatable closing plug has a winding head rotatable around a path defining a winding plane. The winding head is arranged to dispense one or more continuous lines from a supply of line via a guide arrangement. A preform is rotationally supported on an axis at a shallow angle with respect to the winding plane such than the winding plane intersects the preform. By providing a spreading arrangement to locate the windings on the preform over a band having a width perpendicular to the winding plane, a smoother distribution of windings can be achieved.

摘要: A process for manufacturing a non-degumming, seamless and surface-laminated basketball, comprising the steps of: step 1: wrapping the inner bladder by threads, thereby shaping the carcass; step 2: preparing the uncured foamed middle bladder; step 3: preparing the half-finished PU surface-laminated ball; step 4: placing the half-finished leather ball obtained from step 3 into a curing mold; subsequently, curing under low temperature and low pressure via the thermal cross-linking method, thereby forming the cured PU foamed basketball; Step 5: testing the air-holding performance of the PU foamed basketball being cured under a low temperature and mounting the air nozzle, thereby obtaining the finished basketball; by means of the present invention, the prior curing process of the middle bladder and related downstream process can be saved.

摘要: An apparatus for and method of manufacturing an improved wire-reinforced plastic tubing for medical and other applications is disclosed. A plurality of spaced-apart wire segments may be wound onto successive portions of a long segment of plastic tubing which portions are supported for rotation to wind coil wire thereon by rotating the plastic tubing while a supply of coil wire is wound onto the plastic tubing. When multiple winding segments have been wound on the long segment of plastic tubing, the segments may be separated into individual wire-reinforced tubing products each having one or more wire windings thereupon.

The heat curing process comprises controlling the heating to prevent temperature of the thermosetting resin that is changed by the heating from exceeding a heat resistant temperature of the liner.

摘要: A gas tank is provided which can ensure high gas barrier properties even with respect to a gas having a small molecular size, for example, a hydrogen gas. In a high-pressure gas tank comprising a resin liner inside an FRP layer, an oxide layer is formed on the inner surface of the resin liner. When a reinforcing fiber is wound around the outer surface of the resin liner by a filament winding process, air is beforehand enclosed inside the resin liner. Next, when the reinforcing fiber is thermally cured to form the FRP layer, the inner surface of the resin liner is thermally oxidized to form the oxide layer.

摘要: A thread-wound golf ball manufactured by concurrently winding a pair of rubber threads spaced 1-7 mm apart from each other on a core to form a wound core, which is then enclosed with a covering material. The covering material reliably penetrates into a rubber thread layer, thereby achieving an improved bonding strength between the covering material and the rubber thread layer. Durability of the golf ball is enhanced and the time period required for winding threads is considerably reduced, resulting in an improved productivity.
