摘要: Proposed is a multi-needle head. The multi-needle head includes at least one adapter mounted with a needle in which liquid is discharged therethrough, and includes a holder in which the adapter is fixed. An O-ring having an outer diameter thereof larger than a width of a body of the adapter is coupled to the body of the adapter, a fixing hole into which the body of the adapter is inserted is formed in the holder, and an O-ring fixing portion having an inner diameter thereof larger than an inner diameter of the fixing hole is formed in the middle of the fixing hole such that the O-ring is positioned at the O-ring fixing portion. A vertical width of the O-ring fixing portion is larger than a vertical width of the O-ring, thereby allowing a height of the adapter that is fixed to the holder to be adjusted.

摘要: An electrospray atomizing device that sprays at a constant rate comprises a main unit containing a circuit board, an electrode plate, liquid tanks and syringes. The electrode plate includes the sealed liquid tanks and the syringes, and the circuit board connects electric current to the electrode plate and the syringes. The present invention further includes a power mechanism and a dosing device. The power mechanism drives a screw to ascend or descend, pushing the pistons of the dosing device through a speed changer. The syringes are connected with the liquid tanks. When the pistons are linked by the power mechanism and the speed changer to ascend, the liquid in the liquid tanks is sprayed at a constant rate through the syringes, forming mist which carries negative ions. When the pistons descend, the ambient liquid is sucked into the liquid tanks through the syringes, waiting for a next electrospray.

摘要: An electrostatic spray nozzle that is positioned at an angle above horizontal and less than vertical having a body with an upper fluid emitting end and a lower bottom end. The body having an interior cavity therein. Within the cavity is a shim capable of conducting electricity that defines an opening at the fluid emitting end and a channel that joins the fluid emitting end opening to a supply of flowable material. The body has an enclosed electrode external adjacent to and below the emitting end. Both the shim and the electrode are electrically connected to a voltage source. The nozzle, in operation, bends the field adjacent the emitting end upwardly in accordance with the method of the invention.

摘要: An apparatus and process for the electrostatic spraying of a mixture of a plurality of liquids, suitably liquids which react together rapidly to form a solid, liquids which are physically imcompatible, or liquids, such as paints, to provide novel optical effects. The apparatus includes a sprayhead formed with a plurality of channels which communicate with a common outlet means. The liquids are supplied to respective channels and meet at the outlet means. There they are subjected to an electrical field which causes a mixture of the liquids to be drawn from the sprayhead in the form of one or more filaments, the or each filament constaining a mixture of liquids in the proportions equal or substantially equal to the proportions in which the liquids were supplied to the sprayhead.
