Abstract: A bioprosthetic valve and a preparation method thereof are provided. The bioprosthetic valve includes a stent and a functional biological tissue material attached to the stent. The functional biological tissue material is a biologicaltissue covalently bonded with an active group and a functional molecule or group. The method improves the anti-thrombosis and anti-calcification functions by covalently modifying the surface of a biological valve using an active group and a functional molecule or group with a substantial degree of grafting. The new bioprosthetic valve does not include aldehyde residues, exhibits excellent biocompatibility, optimal mechanical properties, high stability, and can meet the performance requirements of a biological valve delivered through a catheter.

Abstract: Provided are conductive films including a heparin modified polymer. The heparin modified polymer comprises heparin covalently bound to a beta-substituted monomer having a conjugated backbone that is co-polymerized to its non-functionalized pair. The heparin modified polymer on a conductive film can be manufactured by co-polymerizing a beta-substituted monomer with a non-functionalized monomer to form a polymer on a conductive film. The polymer is reacted with N,N′-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and acetic acid to form an anhydride of the polymer on the conductive film. The anhydride is then reacted with heparin to form the heparin modified polymer on the conductive film. Medical devices having a coating comprising the conductive film are also described.

Abstract: An anastomosis device for joining a first and second end of a vascular vessel is disclosed that includes a polymer cylinder ending in opposed first and second vascular-retaining ends configured for insertion into the first and second ends of the vascular vessel respectively. Abstract: Disclosed is a high anticoagulation extracorporeal circulation tube, which include the following preparation methods: S1, firstly, aminating the surface of the tube by extrusion molding; S2, activating heparin groups by a direct coupling method; S3, heparinizing PVC or PC tubes; S4, then, using albumin, functionalized PEG which can react with amino groups, and phosphate to further surface modify the inner wall of heparinized PVC or PC tube to block the sites not modified by heparinization, so as to shield the adsorption of platelets and protein in blood on the inner wall. The application can produce a novel high anticoagulation extracorporeal circulation tube with low price and high biocompatibility, which expands the application in clinic.
