Abstract: The present invention discloses a DAC method having signal calibration mechanism. A first conversion circuit generates a first analog signal according to an input digital signal. A second conversion circuit generates a second analog signal according to the input digital signal and a pseudo-noise digital signal. An echo transmission circuit processes a signal on an echo path to generate an echo signal. A first and a second calibration circuits generate a first and a second calibration signals. A calibration parameter calculation circuit performs calculation according to a difference between the echo signal and a sum of the first and the second calibration signals and related path information to generate a first and a second offsets. The first and the second calibration circuits converge first and second response coefficients and update a first and a second codeword offset tables according to the first and the second offsets.

Abstract: A method for executing computer programs in a trusted execution environment of a device is disclosed. The method includes retrieving a genomic differentiation object corresponding to a computer program that comprises a set of encoded executable instructions. The method further includes modifying the genomic differentiation object based on genomic regulation instructions (GRI) to obtain a modified genomic differentiation object, wherein the GRI were used to encode the set of encoded executable instructions of the computer program. The method includes obtaining a first instruction that is to be executed from the first set of encoded executable instructions of the computer program; obtaining a first sequence from first metadata associated with the first encoded instruction; generating a genomic engagement factor (GEF) based on the first sequence and the modified genomic differentiation object; decoding the first encoded instruction using the GEF to obtain a first decoded instruction; and executing the first decoded instruction.

Abstract: An approach is provided in which a source system partitions multiple symbol sets into multiple fixed width data chunks. During the partitioning, the source system creates symbol boundary information corresponding to symbols in the symbol sets relative to boundaries of the fixed width data chunks. In turn, the source system combines the fixed width data chunks into a multiplexed bit stream based on the symbol boundary information and provides the multiplexed bit stream to a destination system.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention may be used to implement a rate converter that includes: 6 channels in forward (audio) path, each channel having a 24-bit signal path per channel, an End-to-end SNR of 110 dB, all within the 20 Hz to 20 KHz bandwidth. Embodiment may also be used to implement a rate converter having: 2 channels in a reverse path, such as for voice signals, 16-bit signal path per channel, an End-to-end SNR of 93 dB, all within 20 Hz to 20 KHz bandwidth. The rate converter may include sample rates such as 8, 11.025, 12, 16, 22.05, 24, 32 44.1, 48, and 96 KHz. Further, rate converters according to embodiments may include a gated clock in low-power mode to conserve power.

For example, one embodiment of an apparatus comprises: a graphics processor unit (GPU) to process graphics data including floating point data; a set of registers, at least one of the registers of the set partitioned to store the floating point data; and encode/decode logic to reduce a number of binary 1 values being read from the at least one register by causing a specified set of bit positions within the floating point data to be read out as 0s rather than 1s.

Abstract: A method for determining an encoding used for a sequence of bytes may be provided. The method comprises providing a set of candidate code pages and transforming them into different groups of sequences of bytes, wherein each group of sequences of bytes corresponds to one of the candidate code pages. Thereby each code point is transformed by applying a transformation from one of the candidate code pages to a reference code point value relating to a reference encoding for each code point. The method comprises further separating each of the transformed sequences of bytes into groups of tokens, wherein each group of tokens relates to one candidate code page, and providing an index relating to a text corpus. Furthermore, the method comprises selecting a code page from the set of candidate code pages at least partially based on how many tokens are found in the index.

Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for providing reliable and precise sample alignment across different clock domains. Some embodiments operate in context of microprocessor power management circuits seeking correlated measurements of voltage droop (VD) and phase delay (PD). For example, a rolling code is generated for each of multiple second clock domain sample times (CDSTs). VD and the rolling code are both sampled according to a first clock domain to generate VD samples and corresponding VCode samples for each of multiple first CDSTs. PD can be sampled according to the second clock domain to generate PD samples for each of the second CDSTs, each associated with the rolling code for its second CDST. For any first CDST, the VD sample for the first CDST can be aligned with a PD sample for a coinciding second CDST by identifying matching associated rolling codes.

A system includes: a character writing engine for writing a binary character to an empty cell of a multi-dimensional shape beginning with a starting empty cell; a next cell determination engine for determining a next empty cell by traversing neighboring cells in the multi-dimensional shape until an empty cell is located; a loop facilitator for looping back to the character writing engine and the next cell determining engine until there are no more data characters or a next empty cell is not determined; and a serialization engine for serializing the cells into a one dimensional binary string of characters representing an encoded string of alphanumeric characters.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for encoding data are disclosed that may allow for different encoding levels of transmitted data. The apparatus may include an encoder unit and a plurality of transceiver units. Abstract: The invention provides method and system for extracting rule specific data from a computer word.
