    摘要: The invention relates to a marking apparatus (100) for marking an object with laser light, comprising a plurality of gas lasers (10) and a control unit for individually activating each of the gas lasers (10) to emit a laser beam according to a sign to be marked. The gas lasers (10) are stacked such that the laser beams emitted by the gas lasers (10) form an array of laser beams, in particular a linear array with parallel laser beams, each gas laser (10a-i) comprises laser tubes (12) that at least partially surround an inner area (5). The apparatus (100) further comprises beam-delivery means (14) for directing the array of laser beams into the inner area (5) and a set of deflection means (30) for rearranging the array of laser beams into a desired array of laser beams. The set of deflection means (30) is arranged in the inner area (5) and comprises at least one deflection means (33a, 33i) per laser beam, in particular at least one mapping mirror (33a, 33i) or one optical waveguide per laser beam. Each deflection means (30) is individually adjustable in its deflection direction and/or individually shiftable.

    摘要: A ring laser gyroscope comprises a laser block that defines an optical closed loop pathway configured to contain a lasing gas. A plurality of mirror structures are respectively mounted on the laser block, with each of the mirror structures having a respective reflective surface that is in optical communication with the optical closed loop pathway. A plurality of electrodes are coupled to the laser block, with the electrodes configured to generate a pair of counter-propagating laser beams from the lasing gas in the optical closed loop pathway. At least one optical sensor is coupled to one of the mirror structures, with the optical sensor in optical communication with the closed loop pathway. A polarizer is in optical communication with the optical sensor. The polarizer is configured to pass laser light having substantially one polarization mode to the optical sensor.

    摘要: The present disclosure proposes a flow guide device for a discharge cavity having a symmetrical configuration and including two pairs of electrodes; the flow guide device comprises two rotors which correspond to one pair of the two pairs of electrodes, respectively, installed positions of which are symmetrical about a symmetrical plane of the discharge cavity and is beneath the electrodes, a rotational axis of which is parallel to an axial direction of the electrodes which is parallel to a base plane of the discharge cavity, and the two rotors have opposite rotation directions and identical rotation speeds. The flow guide device further comprises a spoiler plate and a flow guide plate so that the discharge gas flow passes through the discharge cavity in a manner of high speed and uniform cycling when flowing through the discharge region. Thus, the discharge quality is guaranteed so as to improve the energy and reliability of the laser.
