An example split valve includes an electrohydraulic servo valve coupled to a first piston via a first hydraulic flowline and a second hydraulic flowline, the first piston to include a piston shaft, a first head, and a second head; one or more bellows fixed to at least one of the first head or the second head, the one or more bellows to hermetically seal the fluid from a hydraulic fluid; and a control system connected to the electrohydraulic servo valve, the control system to adjust the first flowrate and the second flowrate of the fluid through a first fluid chamber, the first piston to be located in the first fluid chamber.

摘要: A pilot-controlled coolant valve is provided that includes a pressure chamber, a pressure release chamber, a control opening, a pressure release channel, an actuator having a plunger, a control piston stroke-actuated by the plunger, a closing piston moving in the pressure chamber, and a valve seat. The pressure chamber has an in-flow and an out-flow for coolant. The control opening connects the pressure release chamber to the pressure chamber. The control piston closes the control opening during the stroke actuation by the plunger, except for a radial sealing gap between the control piston and the control opening. When the control opening is closed, the closing piston sealingly rests on the valve seat and interrupts the connection of the through-flow chamber with the in-flow. Axial end sides of the closing piston delimit a stagnation pressure chamber on one side and a through-flow chamber on the other side.

These configurations may regulate flow of instrument air to a pneumatic actuator to operate a valve. The controller may comprise enclosures, including a first enclosure and a second enclosure, each having a peripheral wall forming an interior space, and circuitry comprising a barrier circuit disposed in the interior space of one of the enclosures that power limits digital signals that exits that enclosure. In one example, the peripheral wall of enclosures are configured to allow instrument air into the interior space of the first enclosure but to prevent instrument air from the interior space of the second enclosure.

摘要: A servovalve system comprising a pilot stage valve in communication with an hydraulic stage valve, the hydraulic stage valve comprising a valve member movably mounted in a valve chamber to selectively meter fluid flow in a flow path from an upstream inlet port to a downstream outlet port and at least two variable-sized orifices disposed in the flow path between the inlet and outlet ports, an upstream pressure sensor, a downstream pressure sensor, a fluid temperature sensor, a position sensor sensing a linear position of the valve member, a controller that receives input from the upstream pressure sensor, the downstream pressure sensor, the fluid temperature sensor and the position sensor; and the controller configured to provide a control signal to the pilot stage valve as a function of the input from the upstream pressure sensor, the downstream pressure sensor, the fluid temperature sensor and the position sensor.

摘要: A solenoid valve includes a main poppet configured to control a flow rate of working fluid flowing in a valve passage according to a pilot pressure, an auxiliary poppet configured to adjust the pilot pressure according to the electromagnetic force, and a first seat portion and a second seat portion provided in the valve passage. The main poppet includes a poppet valve seated on the first seat portion and a spool valve slidable in the second seat portion. The spool valve includes an outer peripheral surface slidable relative to the second seat portion and through holes open on the outer surface and configured such that areas thereof exposed from the second seat portion change in accordance with a movement of the spool valve.

摘要: A pressure type flow rate control apparatus is provided wherein flow rate of fluid passing through an orifice is computed as Qc=KP1 (where K is a proportionality constant) or as Qc=KP2m(P1−P2)n (where K is a proportionality constant, m and n constants) by using orifice upstream side pressure P1 and/or orifice downstream side pressure P2. A fluid passage between the downstream side of a control valve and a fluid supply pipe of the pressure type flow rate control apparatus comprises at least 2 fluid passages in parallel, and orifices having different flow rate characteristics are provided for each of these fluid passages, wherein fluid in a small flow quantity area flows to one orifice for flow control of fluid in the small flow quantity area, while fluid in a large flow quantity area flows to the other orifice for flow control of fluid in the large flow quantity area.

摘要: In various embodiments, an electronic flow selector of a fluid flow control system may be used to select a flow rate of a fluid. When the system is in an electronic mode, an encoder may electronically encode the fluid flow selection. A controller may receive the electronically encoded flow selection and transmit a corresponding control signal to an electronic valve to allow the fluid to flow at the selected flow rate. When the system is in a manual mode, mechanical backup flow selectors may be used to directly control the flow rate of a fluid. When the system is in a manual mode, the mechanical backup flow selectors may be in a deployed position. When the system is in an electronic mode, the mechanical backup flow selectors may be in a retracted position. Particular applications to gases and anesthesia delivery are disclosed herein.
