    摘要: A simply structured and conveniently used detergent release controller capable of avoiding detergent from solidifying and preventing use has a main channel. One terminal of the main channel is an inlet of a fluid, and the other terminal of the main channel is an outlet capable of being connected with a water outlet of a washing barrel. The detergent release controller is provided with multiple valves including valve A, valve B, valve C, valve D, a liquid collecting cavity, and a Venturi negative pressure generator. An inlet of valve A is connected with a bypass of the main channel. An inlet of valve B is connected with a storage tank of detergent A. The present disclosure is applicable to apparatuses such as clothes washing machines and dish washing machines.

    摘要: An electrically operable valve assembly having an integral pressure regulator provides ease of installation and compact packaging for a water supply control system. The valve assembly is particularly useful for systems that control household water supplies to prevent flooding, but is also useful in other applications such as agricultural and industrial systems where water pressure determined water flow volume must be predicted accurately. The valve may also incorporate a flow meter having a positive flow characteristic permitting determination of very low flow rate flow and the valve may incorporate a manual control. All of the controls and features are integrable within a compact package that occupies essentially the same volume and piping space as a conventional electrically operable valve.

    摘要: The present invention provides a high-performance mass flow controller which is compact and lightweight, which has a flow path having a simple structure and which does not have dead space in which a fluid is likely to stagnate and cause the problem of contamination. A cylindrical valve conduit having a hollow structure, a yoke and a sensor conduit are connected in tandem. A fluid inlet portion is connected to an end of the valve conduit and a fluid outlet portion is connected to an end of the sensor conduit. A solenoid valve is provided on a side of the fluid inlet portion and a thermal mass flowmeter is provided on a side of the fluid outlet portion. In the valve conduit, a cylindrical plunger providing a movable portion of the solenoid valve and a valve portion of which a degree of opening is adjusted by moving the plunger are provided on a side of the fluid inlet portion. A bypass for generating a laminar flow is disposed in the sensor conduit so as to effect one-way flow of a fluid.

    摘要: A fluid mass flow control apparatus, particularly useful for controlling low flow rates of fluids used in semiconductor manufacturing processes, comprises a first elongated flow tube connected to an inlet fitting and to a capsulelike valve housing and a second elongated tube connected to the inlet fitting and the valve housing and including a flow sensor. The valve housing is connected to a magnetostrictive actuator including an elongated actuator member disposed in a conduit connected to the valve housing and serving as part of the fluid flow path through the apparatus. An electromagnetic coil is disposed about the conduit and the actuator and is responsive to energization to effect controlled elongation of the actuator to control the position of a valve closure member disposed in the valve housing. Adjustments to full-scale flow ranges of the apparatus may be obtained by inserting a tube or wire in the flow sensor tube to act as a flow restrictor.

    摘要: A flow control device can variably control the flow rate with extremely high accuracy over a wide flow rate range from a high to a low flow rate with a single pump. In this flow control device, a pump is provided in a main pipe line through which fluid is fed. A bypass branches from the main pipe line at a point nearer to the discharge port than is the pump. A flowmeter and a flow control valve are provided in the bypass. In the bypass is further provided a back pressure regulating valve near the discharge port. The degree of opening of the flow control valve is adjusted based on the flow rate detected by the flowmeter. The back pressure regulating valve suppresses pressure fluctuation on the discharge side of the flow control valve.

A tapering annular passage is defined between the tapering frustoconical portion and the inner circumferential surface of the tapering circular passage. A flow measuring passage bypasses the tapering circular passage and connects the upstream circular passage with the downstream circular passage.
