    摘要: A method by a controller of a cooling system includes calculating a difference between a first temperature of ambient air and a second temperature of pre-cooled air. The pre-cooled air is ambient air that has been cooled by water from a water distribution system before it enters one or more condenser coils. The method further includes determining that the difference between the first and second temperatures is less than or equal to a predetermined temperature difference, and in response, determining that the first temperature is greater than or equal to a minimum temperature. The method further includes, if the first temperature is greater than or equal to the minimum temperature, instructing the water distribution system to distribute the water to pre-cool the ambient air for a predetermined length of time and to disable the distribution of the water after the predetermined amount of time has elapsed.

    摘要: The invention provides a low temperature heat source thermoelectric conversion system using a blend refrigerant, comprising an evaporator. A sprinkler, a first heater and a second heater are successively arranged from the top down in the evaporator, a hot well containing a blend refrigerant is connected to the sprinkler through a pipeline with a booster transfer pump, a steam dryer is arranged at the upper part of the evaporator, the steam dryer is connected with an intake end of a turbine through a pipeline, the turbine is connected with a generator, and an exhaust end of the turbine is connected with a mixer through a pipeline, a reflux device is arranged at the lower part of the evaporator, the reflux device is connected with the mixer through a pipeline, and the mixer is connected with a condenser. The invention further provides a low temperature heat source thermoelectric conversion method using a blend refrigerant. The invention can precisely control the flow ratio of vaporized refrigerant to the refrigerant lean liquid in the reflux device, so that the the refrigerant lean liquid can completely absorb the vaporized refrigerant for liquidation, thus improving the cycle efficiency of the system, and improving the operating conditions of the turbine. The system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and easy operation.

    摘要: A steam conditioning system for discharging bypass steam into a condenser of a steam powered generating plant and other uses. The system includes a steam conditioning device comprising an inner evaporative core and an outer shell. The core may be formed of a tubular piping section disposed at least partially inside the outer shell forming an annular space therebetween. An inlet end of the core receives steam from a piping header fluidly connected to an upstream desuperheating pressure reducing station which injects liquid coolant into the steam stream. Steam discharges through the core outlet end into the outer shell, reverses direction, and flows into the condenser. In one embodiment, the steam conditioning device may be disposed inside the dome of the condenser except for the inlet end. The device intends to increase flow residence time to evaporate entrained carryover coolant droplets in the incoming steam before release to the condenser.
