摘要: A reciprocating pump system includes a reciprocating pump including a fluid end configured to receive a suction fluid flow and discharge a discharge fluid flow, and a suction booster assembly coupled to the fluid end, the suction booster assembly including a venturi including a venturi passage, and a jet configured to jet a fluid received from the discharge of the fluid end into the venturi passage, wherein the suction booster assembly is configured such that the jet of the suction booster assembly jetting the fluid into the venturi passage increases the pressure of the suction fluid flow.

摘要: A system, method, and computer-readable medium for determining the flow rate and fluid density in an electrical submersible pump (ESP) and controlling the ESP based on the flow rate and density. In one implementation, an ESP system includes an ESP, drive circuitry, a current sensor, a voltage sensor, and a processor. The ESP includes an electric motor. The drive circuitry is electrically coupled to the ESP and is configured to provide an electrical signal to power the ESP. The current sensor is configured to measure a current of the electrical signal. The voltage sensor is configured to measure a voltage of the electrical signal. The processor is configured to calculate speed of a shaft of the electric motor based on a frequency induced by rotation of the motor detected in the current. The processor is also configured to calculate a density of fluid in the ESP based on the speed.

The plug includes at least one key configured to be received through a keyhole of the access port such that the at least one key extends within a keyway of the access port when the plug is at least partially received within the access port. The plug is configured to be rotated within the access port between an unlocked position wherein the at least one key is aligned with the keyhole and a locked position that prevents the plug from backing out of the access port.

摘要: A system and method for predicting failures of rod pumps using a scaled load ratio is configured to: optimize the size of a rolling window, the upper and lower bounds of the normal range of the scaled load ratio, an alert period, and an alert frequency ratio; receive data of a current maximum/minimum loads on a surface rod, and a current speed; remove outliers showing an abnormality; scale the current maximum/minimum loads on the surface rod using the maximum/minimum loads on the surface rod in normal operation; calculate a scaled load ratio; calculate the average of scaled load ratios in the rolling window; determine whether the average of scaled load ratios is in the normal range, and classify the values as normal and abnormal events; calculate the ratio of the abnormal events in the alert period, and generate an alert when the calculated ratio exceeds the alert frequency ratio; and monitor a pump state using the pump failure prediction system.

摘要: Centrally optimizing production of a reservoir that has a plurality of wells comprises monitoring production of each well in the reservoir using one or more respective sensors at each well. Sensor data indicative of the monitored production of each well from the one or more respective sensors is input to a central processing device for processing to evaluate the production of each well. The production of each well is evaluated to identify opportunities for optimizing production by the plurality of wells in the reservoir. In addition, one or more actions are taken using the central processing device to optimize production by the plurality of wells based on the identified opportunities for optimizing production.

The pump is in fluid communication with the liquid conduit and the casing gas conduit, such that the inlet receives liquid from the liquid conduit and casing gas from the casing gas conduit and an outlet connected to the pipeline.
