摘要: Pump maintenance data associated with each of plural components of each of plural frac pumps of each of plural frac pump transports of a frac fleet is accessed. The pump maintenance data includes usage data of plural well completion operations performed by the frac fleet. The usage data indicates actual component life intervals of each of the plural components and corresponding operating conditions. The pump maintenance data is analyzed to generate a maintenance prediction model that is configured to output for each of the plural components, a predicted component life interval as a function of an operating condition. A current operating condition corresponding to a current well completion operation of the frac fleet is accessed. The maintenance prediction model is applied to generate the predicted component life intervals for each of the plurality of components of the frac fleet based on the current operating condition.

摘要: A system for hydraulically fracturing an underground formation in an oil or gas well, including a pump for pumping hydraulic fracturing fluid into the wellbore, the pump having a pump shaft, and an electric motor with a motor shaft mechanically attached to the pump to drive the pump. The system further includes a torsional coupling connecting the motor shaft to the pump shaft. The torsional coupling includes a motor component fixedly attached to the motor shaft and having motor coupling claws extending outwardly away from the motor shaft, and a pump component fixedly attached to the pump shaft of the pump and having pump coupling claws extending outwardly away from the pump shaft. The motor coupling claws engage with the pump coupling claws so that when the motor shaft and motor component rotate, such rotation causes the pump component and the pump shaft to rotate, thereby driving the pump.

摘要: In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, a hybrid drive system that uses multiple sources of mechanical energy to drive a pump is provided. The hybrid drive system may include a first mover for generating first mechanical energy, a pump, a drivetrain for providing first mechanical energy from the first mover to the pump, and a second mover within the drivetrain to generate and provide second mechanical energy to the pump. The multiple sources of mechanical energy may provide flexibility with respect to system design and allow for alternative sources of fuel and energy to be used to drive pumping systems. This may reduce the total diesel fuel consumption necessary to perform a well stimulation operation as well as provide for configurations in which diesel engines may be excluded from the pumping process in favor of alternative energy sources that typically do not have sufficient torque capacity to power a pump.

摘要: An example system includes a fluid end having a block, a fluid inlet formed in the block, and a fluid outlet formed in the block. The system also includes an intake manifold fluidly coupled to the fluid inlet, and a fluid conduit fluidly coupled to the fluid outlet and the intake manifold. The system further includes a valve fluidly coupled to the fluid conduit, the valve configured to control fluid flow through the fluid conduit, an actuator coupled to the valve and configured to position the valve in an open position or a closed position, and a controller communicatively coupled to the actuator and configured to send one or more signals to the actuator, causing the actuator to position the valve in the open position or the closed position.

摘要: The pump-activated manual water well comprises a valve, a gate structure, a pulley structure, a cord, and a well. The gate structure, the pulley structure, and the cord attach to the valve. The valve installs in the well. The well is a mechanical structure that pumps underground water, commonly called ground water, to the surface of the ground. The gate structure, the pulley structure, and the cord control the flow of water through the well by controlling the flow of water through the valve.

摘要: A method includes supplying a plurality of generators, each generator in electrical communication with a switchgear with each switchgear in data communication with a generator data management system. The method also includes supplying a plurality of electrically driven fracturing pumps with each electrically driven fracturing pump in data communication with pump data management system. Further, the method includes supplying a load shedding system, the load shedding system in data communication with the generator data management system and a pump control system, the pump control system in data communication with the pump data management system. The method includes determining which pumps should have speed reduced by the load shedding system and reducing the speed of the pumps determined by the load shedding system using the pump control system.

摘要: Aspects of the subject technology relate to systems and methods for optimizing multi-unit pumping operations at a well site. Systems and methods are provided for receiving sensor data from a hydraulic fracturing fleet equipment at an equipment system, designating an event as being flagged based on the sensor data from the hydraulic fracturing fleet equipment, determining a physical action based on the flagged event and a priority list of actions, and providing instructions to a first pump of the hydraulic fracturing fleet equipment to perform the physical action based on the flagged event and the priority list of actions.

摘要: Systems and methods for monitoring, detecting, and/or intervening with respect to cavitation and pulsation events during hydraulic fracturing operations may include a supervisory controller. The supervisory controller may be configured to receive pump signals indicative of one or more of pump discharge pressure, pump suction pressure, pump speed, or pump vibration associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump. The supervisory controller also may be configured to receive blender signals indicative of one or more of blender flow rate or blender discharge pressure. Based on one or more of these signals, the supervisory controller may be configured to detect a cavitation event and/or a pulsation event. The supervisory controller may be configured to generate a cavitation notification signal indicative of detection of cavitation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump, and/or a pulsation notification signal indicative of detection of pulsation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump.
