    摘要: A high pressure reciprocating pump (10) for high fluid pressures having a valve cartridge (57) positioned within a manifold block (15) of the pump (10). The valve cartridge (57) has a fixed body (58) with a plurality of equally spaced suction opening (69) extending therethrough. A central bore (70) of the valve cartridge body (58) has a valve assembly (72) mounted therein. Valve assembly (72) include a discharge valve member (74) and a two-piece suction valve member (280) mounted for sliding movement about the outer surface of discharge valve member (74). A spring (84) biased between spring retainer (87) and the two-piece suction valve member (280) continuously urges the valve members (74, 280) toward closed position. On the suction stroke, the two piece suction valve member (280) is opened and fluid through suction openings (69) enters the pump chamber (37). On the discharge stroke, high pressure fluid is discharged through the central bore (77) and lateral slots (79) of open discharge valve member (74) past seat (78). The two-piece suction valve 280 includes a spring seat 282 and a hard sealing member 284.

    摘要: A fluid end includes a fluid end block defining a chamber. A plunger is disposed in the chamber. An outlet fluid passage is formed in the fluid end block in communication with the fluid chamber. An inlet fluid passage formed in the fluid end block communicates with the fluid chamber. The inlet fluid passage includes a seat, an enlarged diameter downstream from the seat, and a neck downstream of the enlarged diameter. The neck has a lesser diameter than the enlarged diameter. An inlet valve is movably disposed in the inlet fluid passage and is sized and shaped to seal against the seat. A biasing member has a first and second end with respective first diameter and a second diameter disposed within the enlarged diameter. The second end is positioned against the neck. The second end diameter is greater than the neck.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a dual-stage pump for a hydraulic system with a housing, a high and low-pressure pump element, a common pressure outlet and a switching valve that is arranged between a tank connection and the low-pressure pump element. The switching valve has a spring element and a piston being movable against a force of the spring element relative to the housing and having a closing member that can be lifted from a valve seat by a control pressure that is tapped on the pressure outlet and applied in a control pressure chamber. On the one hand, the invention is characterized in that the switching valve comprises a tappet that is movable relative to the housing and configured to move the piston and arranged between the control pressure chamber and the piston and has a smaller effective diameter than the piston. On the other hand, the invention is characterized in that the dual-stage pump comprises at least one valve that can be screwed into the housing, wherein a cutting edge of the valve is sealingly cut into the housing.
