    摘要: The invention relates to a valve actuator (2), comprising a magnetic core (6) with an interspace (8) and at least one bifurcating branch (7), at least one variable magnetic field generating device (16), at least one permanent magnetic field generating device (13) and at least one movable magnetic component (12), wherein the bifurcating branch (7) defines a first region (4) and a second region (5) of said magnetic core (6). Said movable magnetic component (12) is movably arranged within said interspace (8) of said magnetic core (6) in such a way that a first gap (19) is formed between a first surface (23) of said movable magnetic component (12) and a first surface (22) of said interspace (8) of said magnetic core (6), a second gap (20) is formed between a second surface (24) of said movable magnetic component (12) and a second surface (25) of said interspace (8) of said magnetic core (6), and a third gap (21) is formed between a third surface (27) of said movable magnetic component (12) and a third surface (26) of said bifurcating branch (7) of said magnetic core (6). At least one of said variable magnetic field generating devices (48, 49) is associated with said first region (4) of said magnetic core (6) and at least one of said permanent magnetic field generating devices (13) is associated with said second region (5) of said magnetic core (6). Said valve actuator (2) is designed and arranged in a way that a magnetic flux, generated by at least one at least one of said variable magnetic field generating devices (16) is able to exert a force on said at least one movable magnetic component (12) and is able to cancel the magnetic flux (48, 49), generated by at least one of said permanent magnetic field generating devices (13). At least one magnetic flux limiting means (7, 12) is provided, whose magnetic flux limit can be reached or exceeded.

    摘要: An unloader system is provided for a gas compressor including a cylinder, a piston reciprocably mounted in the cylinder, a crankshaft connected to the piston and suction and discharge valve assemblies, selectively communicating the cylinder with suction and discharge lines. The compressor crankshaft is driven by a prime mover. The unloader system includes an unloader valve assembly, which can comprise one of the suction or discharge valve assemblies, and an unloader actuation system including a controller and a stepper motor. The unloader valve assembly includes a valve seat with a plurality of seat passages arrayed in a seat passage circle. The unloader actuation system rotates an unloader valve assembly guard and valve members mounted thereon in increments corresponding to the radial spacing of the valve members and the seat passages, with each incremental rotation corresponding to a single crankshaft revolution. A method of unloading a compressor includes the steps of arranging a plurality of valve members and seat passages in circles in an unloader valve assembly and incrementally rotating the valve guard in synchronization with the compressor crankshaft.

    摘要: Disclosed is a high-pressure assembly for a fuel injection system, including a low-pressure pump, which aspirates fuel from a fuel tank, and a high-pressure pump with a plurality of pump elements. A feed line leads from the low-pressure pump to a suction valve of the applicable pump elements. A flow control valve of the slide type and on the outlet side of it a differential pressure valve are disposed in the feed line. Between the two valves, a return line leading to the fuel tank branches off. The differential pressure valve has an opening pressure which is greater than that of the suction valves. As a result, upon zero pumping of the high-pressure pump, an aspiration of fuel by the pump elements is averted, while in partial filling operation of the high-pressure pump, a largely uniform filling of the pump elements with fuel is achieved.

    摘要: A by-pass solenoid (32) with an integral check valve assembly (36) for by-passing excess pump (16) fluid flow. The integral check valve assembly (36) positioned in a first chamber (120) of a valve sub-assembly (52) allows fluid flow from an inlet (34) to an outlet port (40) in a normal mode of operation. Upon actuation of the solenoid sub-assembly (50), the by-pass solenoid (32) diverts excess fluid flow to a by-pass port (42) for re-circulation during periods when fluid flow demand is low and still maintains a fairly constant system pressure. Check valve assembly (36) prevents re-circulated fluid from directly entering the working hydraulic circuit and maintains system pressure. The present invention advantageously provides a compact integral fluid flow control device for bleeding excess pump flow.
