摘要: A liquid sending device includes a plunger pump, which performs an intake operation of liquid to and a discharge operation of liquid from a pump chamber and in which pressure in the pump chamber in a case where the intake operation is performed is lower compared to a case where the discharge operation is performed, a check valve that is provided at an inlet port, has a spherical valve element and a valve seat, and passively operates according to the pressure in the pump chamber in such a direction that the valve element is seated on or detached, a pressure sensor that detects the pressure, and an attachment detector that compares the pressure with a preset threshold value and detect attachment of the valve element to the valve seat in a case where the pressure in the pump chamber is equal to or lower than the threshold value.

摘要: In order to improve a semi-hermetic refrigerant compressor, comprising a reciprocating piston compressor, an electric motor, an overall housing which has a motor housing portion for the electric motor and a compressor housing portion for the reciprocating piston compressor, a suction-side refrigerant path which leads from a suction connection on the overall housing to an inlet chamber of the reciprocating piston compressor, and a pressure-side refrigerant path which leads from an outlet chamber of the reciprocating piston compressor to a pressure connection on the overall housing, such that the refrigerant compressor functions more efficiently, it is proposed that the electric motor is configured as a synchronous motor, in the rotor of which there are arranged permanent magnets for the synchronous operation of the electric motor and a squirrel cage for starting up the electric motor in asynchronous operation.

摘要: A valve seat has an inner passage and outer passages. A suction valve member has first passages and a first projection portion that guides, to the first passages, the fuel that flows from a pressure chamber at the time of valve opening. Therefore, an action force by the dynamic pressure applied to the suction valve member in the valve closing direction is reduced. An action force by the pressure of fuel that flows into pressure equalization grooves counterbalances the action force by the dynamic pressure of the suction valve member. Therefore, self-closing by the dynamic pressure can be inhibited, and the maximum output of an electromagnetic driving unit can be reduced. Fuel flows through a passage radially outside the suction valve member and the first passages. A fluid passage area is securable even when a lift amount of the suction valve member is small.

摘要: When a plunger of a high pressure pump is rising, a high pressure pump controller closes a regulator valve by energizing a solenoid of an electromagnetic actuator of the high pressure pump to discharge fuel into a delivery pipe. Further, this fuel discharge energization is stopped before the plunger reaches top dead center at a pump TDC timing. Further, a fuel pressure of the delivery pipe is detected at the pump TDC timing, and based on that detected value, a time Td from the pump TDC timing until a valve opening timing of the regulator valve is estimated. Once the estimated time Td elapses from the pump TDC timing, the solenoid is reenergized to removed a movement speed of a movable portion in a direction that pushes the regulator valve in an opening direction.

摘要: Pulse controlled linear actuator comprising a working cylinder (9) for receiving a medium introduced through a valve system by a compressor/pump, a piston, the shank (13) of which represents the output of the actuator. It also comprises a central solenoid (1) and alternately moved iron cores (3). The central solenoid (1) and the iron cores (3) are arranged between upper and lower solenoids (2). The iron cores (3) have two separate medium spaces (14, 15). The first medium space (14) leads into the portion of the working cylinder (9) above the piston (10) and under the piston (10). The second medium space (15) is separated from the space between the iron cores (3) by the iron cores (3) and leads into the portion of the working cylinder (9) above the piston (10) and under the piston (10). The valves (4, 8) are counter-phase or phase pulse controlled.
