    摘要: The present disclosure relates to fuel systems. Some embodiments of the teachings may include a fuel pump comprising: a pump piston having a longitudinal centerline; a camshaft with at least one cam; a roller tappet arranged between the pump piston and the cam; and a tappet body and a roller rotatably held on the roller tappet. The pump piston and the tappet body may be movement-coupled with regard to movements in directions parallel to the piston longitudinal centerline. The roller may be in contact with the cam. The longitudinal centerline may intersect a geometric axis of rotation of the roller. The tappet body defines a tappet body longitudinal centerline parallel to the piston longitudinal centerline. The tappet body longitudinal centerline, in a projected view oriented parallel to the geometric axis of rotation of the roller, runs with a lateral spacing to the piston longitudinal center line.

    摘要: A fuel injector includes an injection-port forming member, a passage forming member, and a positioning member. The passage forming member is in contact with the injection-port forming member. The positioning member that is a partially ring shape spans and is externally fitted to the injection-port forming member and the passage forming member, and executes a positioning between the injection-port forming member and the passage forming member. The injection-port forming member and the passage forming member include continuous flat surfaces that can be connected with each other, respectively. The positioning member includes an opposite flat surface that faces both the continuous flat surfaces in a case where the positioning member is externally fitted to the injection-port forming member and the passage forming member, and a pressing portion that inwardly presses the outer peripheral wall portions such that the continuous flat surfaces are in contact with the opposite flat surface.

    摘要: A fuel injector includes a body, filter, and damper member. The body extends along a longitudinal axis between an inlet end and an outlet end and has a wall defining a flow passage extending therebetween. The filter is disposed in the flow passage proximate the inlet end. The damper member is secured to the flow passage between the inlet end and the filter. The damper member has outer and inner surfaces surrounding the longitudinal axis, the outer surface being contiguous to the wall of the flow passage to define at least one circumferential band about the longitudinal axis in the flow passage. The inner surface defines an aperture that extends through the damper member to permit fluid communication between the inlet end and the filter. A damper member is also shown and described. A method of reducing sound in the valve group subassembly is also disclosed.

The respective preheating systems may have a preheating chamber and at least one heating element. A plurality of connection nozzles may each be connected to respective preheating systems. A fuel path may lead from the distributor unit through the respective preheating chambers to the respective injection nozzles of the plurality of preheating systems. The respective preheating systems may include a housing having an inlet and an outlet. The housing may be connected via a plug-in connection on the inlet to the distributor unit and via a plug-in connection on the outlet to the respective injection nozzle.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, having a valve body that has a guide bore, in which a valve member is axially displaceably guided for controlling an injection cross section, and that is braced with its end face remote from the combustion chamber axially against a valve holding body via an intermediate disk, and a pressure chamber, formed by a cross-sectional enlargement of the guide bore, is provided in the valve body and can be filled with high fuel pressure via a pressure conduit that penetrates the valve body, the intermediate disk, and the valve holding body. The portion of the pressure conduit extending within the valve body is embodied as an oblique bore, which has an angle of inclination of between 15 and 35° to the longitudinal axis of the fuel injection valve.
