    摘要: A biocompatible and/or food-safe tube assembly (1) is used to connect at least three tube connectors (A, B, C). A first tube section (2) serves to connect two (A, B) of the at least three tube connectors (A, B, C). A sec-ond tube section (3) opens into the first tube section (2) via an orifice (4) in a casing wall (5) of the first tube section (2). An orifice sealing body (8) delimits the orifice (4) to the inner lumen of the first tube section (2) and to the inner lumen of the second tube section (3). The first tube sec-tion 2 and the second tube section 3 are molded onto the orifice sealing body 8. A core (10) is used for this purpose. The result is a biocompatible and/or food-safe tube assembly that avoids manufacturing problems.

    摘要: The method of manufacturing kinesio brace includes steps of: preparing an elastic body which is tube-shaped to have a first face inside and a second face outside, the elastic body defining an axial direction; inserting an inner mold into the elastic body so that the first face faces to the inner mold; placing the inner mold with the elastic body into an outer mold and closing the outer mold, the outer mold being formed with at least one groove on an inner surface thereof; injecting a plastic material into the groove to shape into a plastic layer which is engaged with the second face of the elastic body; removing the outer mold and the inner mold from the elastic body, reversing the elastic body to make the second face and the plastic layer face inward to provide a kinesio brace.

    摘要: A process of producing a hollow item by injection-moulding thermoplastic material, which has a rigid external shell and at least one soft internal portion, which uses a mould comprising a matrix, a first semi-mould including a first cavity and a second semi-mould including a second cavity counter-shaped to the matrix to reproduce a respective semi-shell of said rigid external shell. The process includes the phases of positioning at least one insert made of a soft material, constituting the soft internal portion, on the matrix; covering the insert with a connecting layer; hermetically sealing the first and second semi-moulds onto the matrix along the edges of the cavities; injecting into the space between the cavities and the connecting layer a thermoplastic material that forms the rigid external shell to create a permanent connection of the soft insert to the shell. The connecting layer substantially retains the characteristics of the soft insert.
