摘要： A method of molding a resin molded product, including: a first molding step of injecting a first resin molding material into a first molding die to form a first resin product, wherein a fixing protrusion is formed on at least one of an inner and an outer wall part of the first resin product, and has a shape in which a width increases in a direction extending from the gap; and, a second molding step of positioning the first resin product in a second molding die, and injecting a second resin molding material at least into the gap of the first resin product to form a second resin product, wherein the fixing protrusion is embedded into a fixing recess disposed on the second molding die, thereby limiting movement of the fixing protrusion in a direction towards the gap.

摘要： A spray tip comprises a tip body, a tip piece, and a pre-orifice piece. The tip body has a fluid channel along a channel axis (AC). The tip piece is disposed within the fluid channel, and has a stepped, narrowing passage that terminates in an outlet orifice. The pre-orifice piece has an inlet passage, and is disposed within the fluid channel, abutting and immediately upstream of the tip piece. The pre-orifice piece and the tip piece together define a turbulating chamber therebetween.

摘要： A manufacturing method of an assembly injection molded article includes: preparing a first injection molded member; inserting insertion members into insertion holes of the first injection molded member to form an intermediate assembly; placing the intermediate assembly on a mold core of an injection molding mold, in which the mold core has in-mold insertion holes, and the insertion members are inserted into the in-mold insertion holes; and forming a second injection molded member on a side of the first injection molded member opposite to the mold core through the injection molding mold such that the first injection molded member, the insertion members, and the second injection molded member are assembled together. The present disclosure also provides an assembly injection molded article. The advantage of the present disclosure is to avoid burrs formed at seams between the insertion members and an appearance surface of the assembly injection molded article.

摘要： A method of forming a resilient seal about a work piece is presented. The method includes the steps of providing a work piece defining a rib circumferentially protruding from an outer surface about a longitudinal axis of the work piece and providing a mold. The mold defines a first cavity configured to receive the work piece, a second cavity circumferentially extending about the longitudinal axis of the work piece and in communication with the first cavity, and a port in communication with the second cavity. The method further includes the steps of inserting the work piece within the first cavity such the rib is circumferentially in intimate contact with an inner surface of the first cavity, introducing a curable resilient material into the port, thereby filling the second cavity with the resilient material, curing the resilient material, and then removing the work piece from the mold.

摘要： By a simple configuration, contact members can be well retained with a housing in a mutually opposed state, and productivity can be improved. When the contact members in the mutually opposed state are to be attached to the housing, a contact retainer prepared by molding in advance is used by disposing the contact retainer in part of the contact opposed region. As a result, the contact members are stably retained in the mutually opposed state even in injection molding molds. Even in a case in which the contact members normally cannot be retained in the mutually opposed state in the injection molding molds, the housing and the contact members can be integrally molded by well retaining the contact members in the mutually opposed state by using the contact retainer and a contact retainer auxiliary and executing an injection molding process.

The roller shaft includes flange portions at portions corresponding to the first and second flat portions. The flange portions prevent the molding material from leaking outside the first and second flat portions when the roller portion is integrally molded around the roller shaft by injection molding.
