摘要: A high-pressure fuel pump is disclosed. The high-pressure fuel pump comprises a housing, and a barrel that is positioned within the housing. A plunger is positioned in a pumping chamber that is defined within the barrel. The plunger is adapted to reciprocate within the pumping chamber that is defined within the barrel to facilitate delivering pressurized fuel from the pumping chamber to a fuel injector. A T-shaped valve and an inverse T-shaped valve are each positioned within a fuel inlet port that is defined in the barrel of the high-pressure fuel pump, the T-shaped valve and the inverse T-shaped valve adapted to regulate a flow of fuel between the pumping chamber and a fuel gallery of the high-pressure fuel pump is also disclosed.

摘要: A pump inlet valve includes a valve body and a plunger assembly. The valve body includes a valve body cavity. The plunger assembly is arranged within the valve body cavity and includes a plunger body, a plunger barrel formed at the plunger body so as to form a plunger barrel volume, and a plunger. The plunger is configured to move within the plunger barrel to thereby allow a fluid to flow past the plunger assembly when the plunger is in an open position and to inhibit the fluid from flowing past the plunger assembly when the plunger is in a closed position. 摘要: A fuel valve device and a method of controlling fuel flow between a fuel tank and an engine are disclosed. A fuel valve comprises an inlet conduit including an inlet end connectable to a fuel tank and a central axis, an outlet conduit including an outlet end opposite the inlet end connectable to an engine. The outlet conduit has a central axis offset from the inlet conduit central axis. A movable valve ball is configured to block fuel flow from the inlet end to the outlet end at a predetermined pressure and to permit the fuel flow from the inlet end to the outlet end when pressure in the fuel valve device exceeds the predetermined pressure, movable along a travel axis defining an angle with the inlet conduit central axis that is greater than 5 degrees and less than 90 degrees.

摘要: A metering valve supplies fuel to and block fuel from a pressurizing chamber by moving a valve body by switching between energization and de-energization of an electromagnetic unit. An energization control unit performs a valve closing control and a valve opening control to reduce operating sound in one opening and closing period in which the valve body opens and closes. A time control unit controls, on determination that the energizing period of the electromagnetic unit exceeds the upper limit value, a moving speed of the valve body when the valve body moves to a valve closing side, such that the energization period of the electromagnetic unit in the one opening and closing period does not exceed the upper limit value, thereby to cause the energization control unit to perform both the valve closing control and the valve opening control in the one opening and closing period.
