摘要: A pressure boosting device increases pressure of a fluid flowing through a conduit (5) and includes a booster pump (2), a control device (12), controlling the booster pump (2), as well as a pressure sensor (8) arranged at the exit side of the booster pump (2) and connected to the control device. The control device (12) is configured to control the booster pump, in an operating region, in a start-stop operation, a switching off of the booster pump (2) when reaching an upper pressure limit value (P1) and a switching on of the booster pump (2) when reaching a lower pressure limit value (P2). The control device (12) is further configured in a start-stop operation to automatically adapt at least one pressure control parameter (P1, P2) of the control device (12) on the basis of the temporal course of at least one pressure value (P) detected by the pressure sensor.

摘要: An abnormality detecting device for a hydraulic system is disclosed. The hydraulic system has a pressure level switching mechanism that adjusts oil pressure in accordance with the operating state of an internal combustion engine. The device includes an oil pressure sensor and a ECU. The oil pressure sensor detects an oil pressure that is adjusted by the pressure level switching mechanism. When the pressure level switching mechanism changes the oil pressure from a first oil pressure level to a second oil pressure level, which is higher than the first oil pressure level, the ECU compares the oil pressure detected by the oil pressure sensor with a determination oil pressure level, which is lower than and close to the second oil pressure level. The ECU determines that there is an abnormality in the hydraulic system if the oil pressure detected by the oil pressure sensor does not change to pass the determination oil pressure level.

摘要: An arrangement for monitoring a supply within a platform. A sensor is arranged to generate sample values relating to a fluid characteristic variable, wherein the fluid is fed by the supply within the platform. A processor is arranged to receive a plurality of sample values from the sensor. The processor, is arranged to generate an absolute value of a difference between each of the received plurality of sample values and a subsequent associated sample value, wherein the received sample values are generated during a predetermined time period. The processor is arranged to determine an indication number corresponding to the number of the generated absolute values which are greater than a predetermined threshold value. The sample collecting process is only active when a criterion comprising a stable pump in a no load condition and all hydraulic consumers are in a resting position or close to a resting position is fulfilled. The processor is arranged to generate a piece of indication information depending upon a result of a comparison between the determined indication number and a predetermined comparison value.

摘要: A method for the control and regulation of the oil pressure-gas pressure relationship of diaphragm compressors. The function of a diaphragm compressor is mainly dependent on a given minimum relationship of gas pressure and oil pressure. When this is undershot a large direct damage or long term damage can result. Also there exists operating conditions with very different gas pressures for which the maintenance of a given predetermined relationship between gas pressure and oil pressure is of large advantage. The solution of the invention lies in the capture of the oil pressure-gas pressure relationship with an electronic pressure sensor on the oil side of the diaphragm head and another electronic pressure sensor on the gas outlet side of the diaphragm head, with an associated electronic evaluation circuit for both of the signals for determining from those signals the relationship of the two pressures as well as for producing a signal output upon the undershooting of a given minimum relationship. Further, in the control and regulation of the oil pressure-gas pressure relationship for maintaining a given relationship of oil pressure and a variable gas pressure, which gas pressure is controlled and regulated by the electronic evaluation circuit, an associated relief mechanism of the oil overflow valve is controlled by the electronic evaluation circuit.
