    摘要: A plunger pump power control device and a control method thereof. The device comprises a valve body, a valve core, a valve sleeve, a stop plug, a spring pre-loaded mechanism, a feedback mechanism and a slide valve. The slide valve is provided within one end of the valve core. The stop plug is provided at one end of the valve body, and the spring pre-loaded mechanism is provided at the other end of. The valve sleeve, the valve core, and the slide valve are provided between the stop plug and the spring pre-loaded mechanism, and the feedback mechanism is hinged on the valve body. The device enables the hydraulic plunger pump to control the output power, the pump power output is simulated by two broken lines, and the error is less. It is flexible to load variable by the valve core through the pressure of the C-cavity.

    摘要: A character parameters obtaining method for a displacement control mechanism of a hydraulic pump and a detecting device for carrying out the method are disclosed. The method involves constructing a hydraulic system; outputting hydraulic energy by the hydraulic pump driven by a primary motor; detecting pressure of a displacement control mechanism; obtaining middle parameters by obtaining the time required for preset change of the pressure at the output end of the displacement control mechanism; obtaining character parameters of the displacement control mechanism according to the middle parameters. The method can obtain the character parameters of the displacement control mechanism by the pressure detection, so that the performance of the displacement control mechanism can be judged according to the obtained character parameters. The method avoids the need of obtaining the output flow of the hydraulic pump so as to eliminate the problem caused by using a flow meter or using an obliquity sensor to obtain the character parameters.

    摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide a method of controlling a pump. The method includes sensing a pressure in the pump and entering a low-flow mode when the sensed pressure in the pump is greater than a low pressure threshold. The method also includes reducing power to the pump when the sensed pressure is greater than a shut-off pressure during the low-flow mode and there is flow through the pump until the sensed pressure is less than the shut-off pressure. The method further includes turning the pump off when in the low-flow mode the sensed pressure is greater than the shut-off pressure and there is no flow through the pump.

    摘要: Systems and methods for monitoring operation of a pump, including verifying operation or actions of a pump, are disclosed. A baseline profile for one or more parameters of a pump may be established. An operating profile may then be created by recording one or more values for the same set of parameters during subsequent operation of the pump. The values of the baseline profile and the operating profile may then be compared at one or more points or sets of points. If the operating profile differs from the baseline profile by more than a certain tolerance an alarm may be sent or another action taken, for example the pumping system may shut down, etc.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention are related to a pumping system that accurately dispenses fluid using a multiple stage (“multi-stage”) pump. More particularly, embodiments of the present invention provide for control of a feed stage pump to regulate fluid pressure at a downstream dispense stage pump. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a pressure sensor at the dispense stage pump determines the pressure in a dispense chamber. When the pressure reaches a predefined threshold, the dispense stage pump can begin to increase the available volume of the dispense chamber, thereby causing the pressure in the dispense chamber to drop. As the pressure decreases/increases at the downstream pump, the pressure applied by the upstream pump can bed increased/decreased.
