    摘要: This invention includes a screw shaft 1, a screw thread 30 formed spirally on an outer periphery of the screw shaft, main rollers 4 with rolling surfaces 4c each of which comes into contact with a flank surface 1a of the thread, the main rollers each rolling along the flank surface by rotating about a rotational axis D, roller support members 6 each supporting one main roller so as to enable the main roller to rotate about the rotational axis, and a roller cage 2 supporting the roller support member so as to enable the support member to oscillate with respect to a force transmitted from the flank surface via the rolling surface to the main roller, the roller cage being constructed to turn about the screw shaft in relative form with respect to the screw shaft when the main roller rolls. Thus, the roller and the screw shaft reliably come into linear contact with each other, even if a backlash due to dimensional errors between parts exists between the parts.

Thus, a linear actuator is provided that has high motive power transmission efficiency and excellent durability since significant slipping between the rollers and the screw shaft is suppressed.

    摘要: A rotational-to-linear conversion mechanism inhibits interference from occurring in places except for an engagement site to increase the efficiency of conversion mechanism and reliability, which has: a rack rod 1 including thread on its outer peripheral face; a holder member 3 provided on the outer periphery of the rack rod, rotating about the rack rod and moving in the axis direction; and revolving rollers 21 rotatably supported in the holder member, each having ring-shaped grooves formed in its outer peripheral face to be engaged with the thread, and placed at an axis angle with respect to a center axis of the rack rod to allow the ring-shaped grooves to be engaged with the thread on the rack rod. A contact face of the thread with each ring-shaped groove in an engagement site of the thread and the ring-shaped groove is formed as a convex face having different curvatures in a radial direction.

    摘要: The invention provides an electro-mechanical brake system which can keep a stop state even if a malfunction is generated in a parking brake, and an electro-mechanical brake apparatus used for the electro-mechanical brake system. An electro-mechanical brake actuator presses a brake pad to a disc rotor so as to independently brake a braking force of each of wheels. A parking brake is constituted by a pawl portion attached to a motor of a motor driving the electro-mechanical actuator and a latch. A main controller detects a failure of the parking brake on the basis of a motor displacement at a time of reducing a motor current, and increases the pressing force in the remaining normal parking brake in the case that the parking brake failure in one wheel or more is detected.

    摘要: The invention provides a pump for liquid chromatography excellent in feeding liquid stably at an extremely low flow rate with high accuracy and in discharging bubbles at startup. At startup, a first plunger feeds solvent at a large flow rate to discharge bubbles in a pump and to fill the solvent into the pump in a short time and in a normal operation, the first plunger is stopped and the second plunger is pushed into a second pressure chamber at a low speed to feed the solvent at a low flow rate. When the second plunger reaches full stroke, the second plunger is pulled back at a high speed and at the same time the first plunger is pushed into a first pressure chamber in synchronization with the pullback of the second plunger to control the flow rate passing a discharge passage to a constant value at all times by a controller. Further, while the second plunger feeds the solvent, the first plunger is slightly pushed into the first pressure chamber to keep pressure in the first pressure chamber at pressure equal to or less than pressure in the second pressure chamber.

    摘要: In a drive unit of a fuel injection device, an electric current is supplied to the fuel injection device by applying a high voltage to the fuel injection device from a high voltage source whose voltage is boosted to a voltage higher than a battery voltage at the time of opening a valve of the fuel injection device. Thereafter, the electric current supplied to the fuel injection device is lowered to a current value at which a valve element cannot be held in a valve open state by stopping the applying of the high voltage from the high voltage source. Thereafter, in a stage where a supply current is switched to a hold current, another high voltage is applied to the fuel injection device from the high voltage source.
